Total crap. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHEATS! There is no way that they are a real company. No phone service, no e-mail service. My order is a week late and still not been dispatched. They've had my payment and the order page still says it hasn't been paid for. These people are complete crooks, I will never deal with them again. I bought an SN25P system from them because if supported RAID, but it never worked properly. I returned it for another one which had the same flaw. Clearly the product had a design flaw. I requested a refund but they wouldnt' give me one. I would rate them much better except for the fact that when I tried to return a bad motherboard (Tyan 1590), I couldn't get anyone to respond to my emails or phone calls! I had a bad experience with this company. I paid extra for overnight delivery. It arrived a day late. I made peace with that. One of the modules they sent was not what I ordered. Tech Support wrote me back promptly and said that there must have been a mistake in the warehouse and that if I wanted to return it, to contact them and they would commence the return procedure. Their tech support is bad, really bad. They want to accuse you of wrong doing way before they'll accept that their product may be at fault. Had a board of theirs that went bad. Based on several reviews, I decided to try out a Matrix-Orbital LCD display. Their website was fabulous - well laid out, all the specs in each units descriptions, and you could even look through the manual for each item online to make sure it would fit your needs. DO NOT ORDER FROM MARQUEL. I placed three order, the most recent in June, and was completely satisfied. However, Marquel charged my debit card for almost $60 this past September, when I had not placed an order, and they have been 100% impossible to contact for resolution. I recieved a marketing call from Union Telecom in April 2008 and offered 2.9 cents/minute from Canada to Pakistan, I visited their website immediately and confirm the rates and sign up for the services. I have received very poor customer service from Primus as well. I should've known to stay with my current service provider (Bell) when it took primus 2 WEEKS to connect my phone when I moved to my new house. Purchased a Jabra JX10 headset from the lowest price on pricegrabber that seemed to have a decent rating. Opened box to find package will seal broken. Don't order the custom picks from Steve Clayton. I ordered the white Pearl picks. The imprint comes right off. All you have to do is bend the pic a little and the imprint comes off on your finger. Their imprint quality is not very high. The text was blurred and the line thickness wasn't consistent. Centering isn't very precise either. Find another supplier. read full review »
