Should never order anything that may be out of stock. I ordered 4 items, 2 of them was out of stock at the time. I kept on waiting, hoping that it'll be in stock. Only problem is, not only did the 2 items stay out of stock, the other 2 gone out of stock too. During all that while, I contacted them a couple of times via the contact form, no response. I've been a troublesome customer, always asking the Lik-Sang staff to help me with my order every day as I had a indecisive mind, I didn't want to seperate my orders and waste more money on the shipping, so I kept adding stuff as there was no feature such as combining orders, I had to email Lik-Sang staffs to add some items, and I emailed over 3 times and I'm surprised that they aren't getting impatient at this. I ordered a DDR dance pad from them a long time ago, and found the pad & their service acceptable. However, when I placed two separate orders for two new dance pads in early January, I did so knowing that they were on extended backorder (and had been since before Christmas.) That's fine...but then a friend moved (1 of the pads was a bday gift for him) and I emailed them asking that the shipping address be changed...no response. Purchased a 7" diving knife from them and had the item shipped via UPS. After 2 weeks of sending e-mails I couldn't get a proof of delivery or tracking number. Because I purchased this through there eBay store only 1 person could help and he was on vacation. I finally get a return e-mail and was told the knife was delivered over a week ago. Horrible. UN-REPUTIBLE COMPANY! They sold us a damaged and defective product that sustaind water and fire damage prior to it leaving Legend Mciro and when they were contacted regarding the bad merchandise they began to scream and yell at the IT manager claiming we had 24 hours from receipt of the package to notify them but the receiver was on vacation for Christmas and our office was closed due to extreme weather for about 2 weeks. Ordered a clip on hat brim led light, and a luxeon flashlight. They were also running a coupon special that included 2 freebies for the items ordered (a keychain led and another little press button single led light both for adding the code). All stuff recieved from Hong Kong within the stated 2 week waiting period in A+ condition. All work well and are of better quality than I had expected at the super low low price. Ordered a smart net contract from them, 2 weeks ago for an ASA 5505, and they say they they don't have it cause Cisco is backed up? Also this same 5505 they sold me as new turns is actualy USED? And since I just found out that it's really used while getting info from smartnet, it's over 30 days and they won't return it? I ordered an external Seagate drive, which, despite the fact that it arrived within a reasonable amount of time, turned out to be a bad one. Rather than pursue a refund, I decided to replace it with an internal drive and caddy. However, this is when I found out that there is no process in place by which you can simply a) replace one item with a different one or b) get a credit note. I'm getting components to build a computer and Lagoom.com had a few compelling items on my list though I ended up with only the computer case ordered. I ordered from Lagoom because the shipping from Freemont, CA to my Oregon home is a 2-day trip by the ground method chosen; even if the weekend order was shipped out as late as Tuesday, I'd be easily building my system over the weekend. I am extremely dissatisfied with KVM Tools. I placed an oder with KVM on 12/2/08 and the merchandise I received was defective. They do not answer their phones, they do not return calls from the many messages I've left etc. I have since returned their merchandise but they have yet to remove the charges from my credit card. This company sucks. I ordered a multimedia card from them, and it did not work. The company then told me to send it in. I did and then they sent it back to me saying it was damaged. The sticker on the card itself had a little piece missing so "it was damaged and unfixable". Company Blows and you cant understand them. read full review »

Bought 2 pc's from company and it went out of business that weekend. One computer had a bad memory chip and had something done showing it had faster memory than it did. Also memory chip was bad. Other computer had a bad hard disk and now the whole computer I think is fried. It does not work at all To me total fraud on their part because they claim a one month warranty and knew they were just stealing the money with shoddy work and products. Complaints have been filed with BBB and lawsuit will be filed on them. read full review »

I purchased a new set of Klipsch ProMedia Ultra 5.1 speakers in January. By April the subwoofer/amplifier had died. I RMA'd the unit to Klipsh on May 9th. At the time of this writing it is now July 25th and I still havent received my repaired unit. When I call Klipsch I am told the parts are on backorder. Thats great considering I'm going on 3 months without my speakers. To sum it up: horrible RMA and service if you need it. read full review »

I purchased two Oreck XL vacuums. I have a bad back and thought the lightweight vacuums would be a God send. They are lightweight and worked well for a brief time. My older vacuum is four years old and the motor is shot! I spent $300 EACH on these vacuums! The warranty is only 3 years! I have been married for 28 years and have had vacuums that cost 1/6 of this price that lasted decades without the motor going!!! DO NOT BUY AN ORECK THEY ARE GARBAGE!!! read full review »

My first order after opening my account with HIDEFDVD was shipped to the wrong address. It was sent to my billing address not the address i put in the shipping profile. They told me it was my fault and i would have to pay for any extra shipping. They did not ask if i wanted it shipped to my billing address. Due to some deal between Fairpoint Communications and the State of Maine, I and everyone else in Maine were forced to be switched over to Fairpoint Communications for all of the above services - whether we wanted it or not.
