Pioneer Telephone
When I signed up for pioneer telephone long distance service I was thrilled to have such a reasonably priced service that was only billed for minutes used.
They offered 800 numbers as well. Great!
The only problem is they continued to bill my credit card for the 800 numbers on a disconnected number for 18 months!

I signed up for packet 8 service in December of 2008. They failed to assist in installing the system as indicated.
They left us to our own devices. When an error was made in porting the phone numbers over, they refused to provide any type of credit or additional support.

We bought an LG Plasma tv at the brick 2 years ago and have had problems with it ever since. The warranty company had a repair man come out at least 4 times, then finally in January they picked it up and took it to be repaired (although they had already repaired this same part and it never fixed the problem). I have been trying for 4 weeks to cancel my account through Merchant Circle. Merchant Circle I have found to be a not only not worth the money for the service. But it is easy access for your competitors to leave fake reviews and give you bad ratings as well. It is not for me and I have tried numerous times to cancel my ad yet nobody has gotten back to me nor canceled the ad. They charge $35 to call and talk to them in person! What kind of business does that?!? Going to make this short. We got a GO PHONE from Wal-Mart for our son to use just in case, The throw away type. Got home with it & after jumping thru the numerouse hoops to get it to work...We discoverd that it gets no service where we live. Cancled it out. Was to get a refund...Never did Called a few more times to get it cancled never happend. Still being charged $43.46 per month & sometime I see it get charged to my account two times per month.

Fresh Start Opprotunities
This company sends people door-to-door selling magazine subscriptions. I bought 2 years of 'Astronomy' at the full face price of $40/year and an additional $10 handling fee for a total of $90. (FYI, it can be had for $30/yr using online subscriptions) I paid the extra because its supposed to help the guy get a 'fresh start'. Well a fresh start at ripping people off? I ordered on Sept 13. The check was cashed within 2 weeks, my statement on 9/26 shows that.

Two young lads showed up at my door and tried to sell me magazine subscriptions for magazines I didn't want. They told me they were doing it for some contest so I said I'd be happy to make a donation. I was lured in by the great deal and a limited number in stock; I felt I had to take advantage immediately. Verizon- Outlook Express Outgoing email is not working. It keeps on giving a message, login your username and password but it does not accept the correct username & password. I took my Nissan SUV to VOB Nissan on Old Georgetown Rd in Rockville to have them look at a problem with the airbag system. They looked at it, charged me for the diagnostics, which was fine. But then they gave me an inflated estimate of how much it will cost to fix the problem. I have been a customer of Saveway Petroleum for 4 years. The actual service has been acceptable but on the expensive side. I currently have an outstanding credit (of over 9 months) that I attempted to get returned to me as I was unhappy with the customer service at Saveway and was changing oil suppliers. rea super pass is charging our credit card for some kind of inhancement program that i did NOT order. i have real player on my pc, but i never added anything to it at any time .

We had decided to buy an Miniature Australian Shepherd from Kathy Tomerlin at Boldheart Mini Aussies in Arizona. She toyed around with us not being able to tell us which of the dogs would be available until the day they were to be shipped out. The dog was a present for my daughter's 5 th birthday.
