Four months after installation of our fence by this company, the gate would not close because the fence was starting to lean. We tried multiple times to contact the owner to honor his 3 year warranty. He left us a message saying he'd come look at it, but never did. Now, six months later, his business phone number has been disconnected and lean is much worse. We will probably have to pay to get it fixed by another company. I noticed there were 2 charges on my phone bill for $14.95 each. One from ILD on behalf of Voicemail Professionals and the other from ESBI on behalf of Intelicom Messaging. I called Voicemail Professionals first, and she explained the information had been submitted via USPrizedraw.com, and on what date. She stated it would be cancelled and credited based on my call. This guy keeps calling my 87 year old aunt, who lives by herself. She's been in and out of the hospital for the last 4 months and is very weak. This company promises rebates for over priced products, then hires a third party to handle the rebates, and I think they get all the money that they rip off unjustly from cricket customers. I had a $50 mail in rebate for a broadband modem. I was informed that the leads were pre-qualified and waiting to received a phone call from a local insurance agent. Upon receiving the leads, we started calling immediately. Time Warner's Road Runner high speed cable internet servicce is AWFUL. I have had the service since September, 2008. Since, not a month has gone by without problems. Today (2/26/09) marks the fourth day in a row that my service has been out or faulty. Fed up, last night I phoned customer service. I was placed on hold for 50 minutes and 59 seconds and STILL HAD NOT HAD MY ISSUES RESOLVED when I hung up. We recently had our service with Fairpoint canceled. We chose another provider whom we are very pleased with. Fairpoint will not release our telephone number to our new provider. What this means is that I can call anyone anywhere and NO ONE WHO IS A FAIRPOINT CUSTOMER CAN CALL ME!
