I tried to cancel this item 10 min. after I ordered and was told that I had to wait 24 hours to be in the system. Called back the next day at 7 am pst. Was told already shipped and I could refuse pkg. or they would give me a credit of 14.95..I told them I wanted a full refund including S&H because they talked me into something I didn't want. I was told this would be done. The next three calls I made they told me I would get credit for item only. Kohl's accepted my Electronic Funds Transfer, yet when they couldn't process they charged me $25 as if it were a check return. No email no communication. No reversal of charge. Nothing. Today I received my AT&T bill and notice I was charge for "Enhanced Services Billing Inc" on the amount of $14.95. According to the bill it is for "American Envoice, LTD-Voicemail MTH Fee". I don't know how 'Full Capital Affairs' even got hold of my details; but they have passed them on to hundreds of e-mail spammers. From Tesco, Argos & Ikea to bloddy Russian Brides. There 'un-subscribe' link is at the bottom of them all; but it always comes back as an error, fault or cannot change banner - whatever that means. I get over 250 spams from them EVERY day. I have called this company several times to cancel my account. I explained to the person that I never received a information packet or membership number. I was told on both occasions the account would be canceled. The account has not been canceled and when I try to call them, the phone number now belongs to a carpet cleaning business. I used three 16 foot PODS to move from NY to CO. The people in customer service were nice on the phone, accomodating with changes and seemed like a dream come true for my moving experience. I've received several letters from companies stating I've won anywhere between $75, 000 and $250, 000. Enclosed with the letter is a check with instructions on what to do with the check. I have gotten 4 or 5 of these, and when you call the number ( which goes to Canada by the way ), they instruct you to deposit your check in your bank account, then they instruct you NOT to talk to the media about your winnings... We just transferred our service from Sprint to AT&T this seems like it was going from bad to worse. We purchased 3 phones and a 3K minute plan for our corporate cell phones. My husband & I had a company initiated transfer to another state, and his company hired Armstrong Relocation/United Van Lines to pack and move our belongings to our new residence. I purchased an Only1 Mobile phone, and a $60 monthly service card for my son for Christmas. This company advertises "no hidden charges", and I bought this phone and card thinking there was no way my son could "go over" what was pre-paid for. I learned the hard way. When I bid on 20, DVD Players, I did not realize that I was bidding on parts of 20, DVD Players. The Manifest gives Model numbers of all DVD players or parts of players. I purchased a number of gifts at this store. The store sells these house-hold type items, very run of the mill, made-in-china, cheap stuff (hammers, brushed, staplers) all painted in crazy colors. I have 2 main complaints. 1) All the stuff is pure cheap garbage. Made in china, crap. 2) The return policy is serious violation of the law. Beware! Airtech is a scam. They claim to be selling cheap last minutes flights but they will charge your credit card for more than you agreed to and this makes them more way more expensive than traveling confirmed with the airlines direct. Beware of this company adding a monthly fee on your AT&T statement. Any individuals can sign up for their services on their website and bill other people's AT&T account unknowingly. We kept paying the service because we thought that it was part of our AT&T bill. The statement says 'Voicemail' so we thought that it was part of our AT&T service.
