I ordered around 500 bucks in computer parts from this site. I ended up getting a digital postal scale and two gigantic monitors instead. Each time I called them back, I had to re-explain everything. I did not open the items and only wanted to return them. Instead, the company forced a charge of 2, 500. to my credit card. My credit limit on that card was only 1, 000! I had two auctions over, 1 on 12-22-00 and the other was over on 12-23-00. I started calling them about three weeks later asking the status of my shipments. They could tell me nothing. I called about every week, and it was always the same answer. They didn't know anything and would send my request to another department and I would receive an e-mail. I never received one e-mail. I called tonight (4-7-01) and now they tell me that they have cancelled both of my auctions and I will not get the items. I ordered a 48 port patch pane with built in LED indicators and 3-1000' rolls of Cat5e. After running the cable and terminating the jacks, I used my personal network tester to test my lines and kept getting readings saying there were shorts and miswirings. I was extremely pleased with my buying experience with Finders Keepers. My nephew wanted to order one small item which cost less than a dollar. I was concerned that the shipping cost would be too high. I wrote an email to the company which was immediately answered. Very dissatisfied. My original order was for a couple of bath faucets in brushed nickel finish. I paid for 2 day shipping for this product but however got it in 4 days. When my flooring contractor started to lay the floor he noriced that each box was an assorted mix of boards that were cupped and the random lengths were more than random. I ordered a Sigma EF-430 ST flash for a Pentax camera because it was just what I needed (an auto-focus auto-zoom flash) and on a closeout sale for 80$. My dealing with this company was atrocious. I placed on order on the 31st, Sunday and it didn't even process until Thursday. I know Monday was a holiday, but three business days to process my order? It took 1 week to change the status of my order for 3 measly stickers (that were in stock) purchased from this company. I wrote at least 2 e-mails asking for them to send the merchindise but never recieved any response. After the second e-mail I see it changed from "new order" to "in-transit" without any response to my e-mail. As of 2/27/06 I still have no idea if it was really sent out or not. I called in advance to confirm that this reseller had the parts that I needed. I placed my order and tried to contact them for a rush delivery on the order. I never got a reply from the reseller, so I waited for the standard delivery. When the items came, I found that they shipped incorrectly 20 of the 30 units that I had ordered. It's quite simple. This so-called company is a total FRAUD & SCAM. They claim to sell items like anyone else on the internet.
