DealsDirect.com
This company is absolutely hopeless. They've promised a estimated delivery time of 1 business day in Sydney on their website - http://www.dealsdirect.com.au/helpcentre/ . It turned up that today I had to do my OWN investigation just to find out it was lost in the mail.
And it will taker another 7-10 days for the investigation results. I should've bought else where like OO.com.au that promises and delivers.
It will take all up around 14-17 days to get my goods...worthless...should've bought at a normal shop.

It has been 20 days since my order of a Panasonic NB-G100P Toaster Oven for $92.57 including shipping. The DealMountain.com website shows many customer comments---all positives. I called today to find out about the status of my order and could not speak to a live person. I was auto-prompted to leave a message. I also asked how I could get negative comments posted on their website. UPDATE: AFTER A LONG DELAY, THE PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED AND THEY CREDITED THE COST OF SHIPPING BECAUSE OF THE DELAY. AS THEY DID RIGHT BY ME, I WOULD CHANGE MY RATING FROM NEGATIVE TO NEUTRAL. read full review »
Dealexpress.com
Wow! I'm glad everyone else feels the same way I do about DealExpress. I purchased an HP monitor (HPL1706) from them through eBay and I am completely appalled at what transpired. It took over two weeks to get the payment information correct(after calling them incessantly to provide the right information; they do not answer their phones during business hours or return voicemail and email), and when I finally received the monitor three weeks later, it wouldn't even turn on! I immediately called them to resolve the issue, and they told... read full review »

I made a $34.35 purchase ( 3 games) for my son with autism. Still have not been shipped the merchandise, nor can get ANY communication from this company. I have left numerous e-mails, phone messages, and tried to fax, but the fax number is out of service. BEWARE of this company!! Breaks my heart to see my son watch the mailman every day looking for his games!! SHAME ON YOU DEALSDEALSDEALS!!! read full review »
DealCat
At the beginning of May, I purchase a camera from one of Dealcat’s
auctions. I used the "ASK SELLER A QUESTION" link on the auction
page. A person replied back to me answering any questions I had
regarding the item. He asked me to wire money to Romania via Western
Union. After reviewing Dealcat's Feedback rating, I came to the
conclusion that it must be a legitimate auction. Needless to say it
was a scam and I am now without my money and the camera. I have
contacted Dealcat.com to see if they could... read full review »
Deadeye Data
I ordered the GD01MX case by Silverstone. I searched quite a bit and DeadEye had the best price on it. I delt directly with the owner, who provided excellent customer service. She was helpful and very quick to answer questions.
DeadEye was also very quick to get the product to my door. I ordered it on a Saturday afternoon and somehow got it by Wednesday morning (ground service should have taken a full 3 days).
I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. DeadEyeData will be the first place I look the next time I need a part for my computer.

DCC Sales
This order was approved, then cancelled without any reason, nor any email justifying the reason why. My credit card is WAY UNDER it's limit and paid in time. A company that can't provide what they offer and gives no explanation of why that happened, deserves no respect or trust from anyone. They have my credit card number and I can't even have what I requested. I did let them know by a very unpleasant note, then I even got no reply at all.
Can't be trusted. Stay Away from this place. read full review »

Ordered a Yamaha RX-V663 receiver through these guys. Receiver was delivered quickly however the HDMI inputs/output were defective. Also come to find out the product was grey market. Day Deal
Created an account and placed my first order (for a couple of cell phone carrying cases) on a Monday afternoon. Opted for the free standard shipping, which *could* have taken close to two weeks at the outside. But I received the items the following Friday. Along the way, Daydeal's email notifications were fast and efficient, and their phone number was included in all of them (and is not 'hidden' or buried on their website either), although it is not toll-free. Packaging was solid, items were of better quality than expected... read full review »
Datamem
I have ordered from Datamem twice, and I'm about to make a third order. You will find lower prices, but they have a lifetime warranty on all memory. I ordered a SIMM a few years back that came DOA, and they paid return shipping and sent me a new one while I was shipping mine back. I wouldn't buy memory from anyone else. read full review »
Data Path Technologies
I bought 6 monitors from Intellesale [Data Path]. When delivered 5 had serious defects. Absolutely not refurbed as advertised. Refused to take delivery of 2nd order of 10 monitors due to condition of first order. I have called them 40+ times and am getting the runaround about a refund. They promise the refund every day but never do it. See Intellesale's ratings also. It's the same place. NY state attorney general should shut them down. RIPOFF!!! read full review »
Data Market Distributors
I purchaes a lot of stuff from this company. The quality of the parts have been good and their prices are the best I've seen. My only complaint I've had is that I had to reutrn a defective CDROM drive and was forced to pay the return shipping cost as well as the shipping cost for the replacement part. This happened because they sent me a replacement prior to recieving the defective part and never credited my cad for the shipping. They also sent me and OEM Celeron in place of a Retail Box version. Their answer to this was that Intel... read full review »
Dartek.com
Let me tell you about their fraudulent evaluations that they give themselves. They used to have such a bad rating because of their service that they made their employees write their own reviews.
They would not work with customers who needed orders charged or shipped at certain times. They also DO NOT REFUND.
If something is broke it must go to the Manufacturer!!!
There were a lot of money lost because of customers being denied purchases and alot of them went to pricewatch.com to fortunately find a better price and... read full review »

Dallas Memory International
My comments are in line with most are reporting here. I ordered on-line a PIII 1000 100 MHz FSB from them. They had the lowest price on this item. Most other places had a higher price and not in stock. Next day I received a message from them (can't remember the last time a place I ordered from called if there was a problem!) that they would not ship to an address (my work) that was not approved by my credit card. Let my card company know it was okay and called Dallas Mem. Phone was quickly answered, minor problem quickly resolved. Sure... read full review »

FALSE & Miss leading "Dalco" private labled packaging on their power supplies.
Dalco claims to have and FCC approval. BUT they would not supply any reference when I requested documentation numbers.

The DAHHANES website specified a Xantrex MS3000 as in stock, along with other Xantrex items. I placed the order and received an email back confirming the order, the items, the shipping method and the address. I specified 1-2 day express shipping from DHL.
The same day I received a confirmation from PayPal for the $1, 806.75 charge and payment to Dahhanes Co. The next day Visa verified the charge to my credit card.

On 01/29/09 I ordered a Grant writing CD on line from grantsearch.securemediabox.com, for $1.95. I have not received the CD, but have been charged the $1.95 for S&H. Then on 02/11/09 I was charged $69.95 by the same company in Minnesota. I called to find out what I had been charged for. The girl said I agreed to pay that EVERY MONTH. Since I have not received the CD or any information, and did not read anything about this charge when I ordered the CD I feel I have been cheated. I cancelled an order over two weeks ago (due to the slow processing time) prior to shipment and still have not received a refund on my credit card (which was charged prior to shipping). D-store
I was searching for an older style of Smart Media card and found them in limited quantity on the d-store website. I crossed my finger and order three, but the following morning got an e-mail saying the cards were now out of stock. I figured at least the d-store had been honest about having a limited quantity before I ordered.
Two days later a personal e-mail from Pete at the d-store came letting me know that someone had returned three of the same cards and asked if I still wanted them. These particular cards are hard to find so I said... read full review »
D&D Security Products
D&D Security Products tricked me out of a lot of money. I was sent a defective (and pricey) security alarm and when I returned the item I received no refund and was charged additional return mail fee (which I had already paid myself). I called and was told that the item was not received. When asked why then I was 'mistakenly' charged return postage I was cut off. Later was told the item was not defective and should not have been returned... click. (They mysteriously had no record of my invoice)
I don't understand this weird business ethic and am very wary of ever ordering anything on line. read full review »

CyberMax
Well,
From what I read so far, I guess that some people didn't realize that the economic crash affects computer businesses as well. I own a Cybemax tower system apparently known as a Valuemax. It came with a 12x DVD drive, 10GB Maxtor hard drive, a 32MB ATI Rage 128 Fury Accelerator, A very kick ass 5.1 ADA-305Altec Lansing speaker system, a 17inch monitor, 128MB of memory, the Biostar M5ALA motherboard with an AMD K6-2 400 (later upgraded to 256MB of memory, FIC PA-2013 Motherboard, and AMD K6-2 550), and a Conexant 56k... read full review »

I ordered a Pentium 4 2.8 GHz 800FSB 1M cache processor through pricewatch.com where they advertised it with free shipping for $163. The price on their website did not match pricewatch price, so I put a note in the comments section. I figured it would be processed the next business day, the 10th. When I checked on the order status the following week, it was on hold. Throughout the week, I repeatedly e-mailed them asking whether or not they would process the order. Finally, on May 17, a week after they should have begun processing the order, I... read full review »

DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered an ata raid card for $15 and they charged my card immediately. 10 days later, i still did not receive any emails with any status of my order. I repeatedly called only to get an answering machine. Finally, i got a call through and the person on the phone made up some excuse about the product being backordered until "today" (how convenient for them) and that he "can" ship it out today, speaking as if he was doing me a favor. Stay away at all costs, its not worth the trouble! Terrible service and prices arent much better than a good company such as newegg, mwave, or svc compucycle. read full review »

This was a two part order. Part 1 of the order shipped on time and was received. Part 2, (720606 CREATIVE LABS- SOUND BLASTER AUDIGY2 PLATINUM PCI CARD SB0240P), was backordered. Please also note that when I purchased this item on 11/22/2002, the online store stated it was in stock. Because I could no longer wait for the part, this backordered part was cancelled by me on the morning of 12/06/2002 via phone with a customer representative with Cruxworks. I then went to a retail store and purchased the item. When I arrived home the same customer... read full review »
Bali Blinds
We completed our new home in November 2008 and needed blinds. We were lured in with low prices and of course the Home Depot support structure. We paid for HD to measure the blinds and they sent their contractor to do this. When the new blinds were received and the installers showed up. There were several blinds that did not fit properly. One of them did not even go more than 3/4's of the way down the window, it was too short. ALL of the arched window blinds were wrong. Bali's response was "stretch them" which of course is NOT... read full review »

First we requested several times they be there between 8 and 9am we had to be out of our apartment and needed to be on the way to Orlando early. Every time they verified and said it would be no problem. However the driver didn't show up until 10:50 am.
When they did arrive we asked why someone elses items were in the truck and they commented those items were going to Texas at some point. They then took... read full review »

Blue Sky Landscaping
Blue Sky Landscaping is a fraud and a thoroughly incompetent landscaping company. This complaint is to help warn other people not to use this company.
Blue Sky came to my home and quoted a job.
