Placed order Saturday, received tracking number on Tuesday. Waited until friday for the package to travel 500 miles, but it didn't show. Then when I asked they said it was just on hold which was a flat out lie because the bank said they had already took it out. Then I found out the jacks would not work because I have dial up. So the day I received them I turned around and sent them back with mail confirmation. I had the misfortune to join this Ivy Capital/Vianet Coaching. For well over three months, despite all their promises, I was without a website and therefore without a way of making money. I complained once by letter, and I had a curt phone call that I'd be given two more training sessions, which did happen. Still no website. It wasn't until I complained to the BBB, and told them I'd done so, when miraculously my website appeared! I'm going to be pushing hard for a refund, however. So to everyone else. Beware of buying this or any other products from this company, as they are prone to use false advertising. Moments after ordering some of the Lake City 5.56mm ammo, I read other postings on their very own website that said 5.56 should not be used in weapons chambered for .223. Seems I've been lucky; I ordered an Archos AV420, with speed delivery, and though it took 5 weeks, about 15 e-mails, fictuous routing numbers and a lot of grief, I did receive my order. Horrible experience. my package was very time sensitive, but they did not contact me to let me know they wouldnt process because of billing/shipping difference. after a week I had to call THEM to find out what was going on, they didnt leave any voicemails, or emails during that time. they were EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful, they cancelled my order when I didnt even ask them to! I live in a town about an hour away from this company. I needed a CPU for a customers unit that was on my bench, and I couldnt wait for 3 days to get it. so I drove to this companys location in Stillwater, Okalhoma. I placed an order with CellularKing.com on October 27th. My credit card was charged and I never recieved my order (cell phone case). Try the 2 phone numbers on the web site one just randg and rang the other was not in service. I also called PayPal - they suggested I call my credit card company to dispute the charge. WOW. DO NOT USE this company. their dispatcher is so rude and mean and extremely verbally abusive. Bought a RC Helicopter here that had problems out-of-the-box. After several atempts to get it fixed, a statement by the owner that he would replace it if they needed to, and just short of a couple of hundred dollars in repairs because the thing had problems, I was told to "go to hell" and to "pick it up or it would be put out front and left there." We were contacted by Mark Moeller for over 6 months in 2007. He was very persistent. We had already been scammed by another company for over 1k. He insisted we would get the money back if our timeshare did not sell in 3 months. We paid the $499.00. I have had 4 friends personally sign up for cards and they have already received them to use but I show NO commissions and this company has already deducted the monthly fee out of my paypal account. I've used this host for several websites. I used to have good service and no problems. I've since heard that they changed ownership. In the past 2 years I have had horrendous service with them. Canceled Subscription but was billed anyway. Jan 2008 signed up for (2) online subscriptions to Catan Game. ($20/yr) Dec 2008 logged into our accounts and canceled our subscriptions. Terrible service!! Very accommodating on the phone but their followup sucks. My order came fast but their catalog did not distinguish between the various models of MotoQ phones and as such I ordered the wrong cover for my phone.
