I signed up for the trial offer of the Pure Acai Berry Supplement as shown on the internet for $4.95 (shipping/handling). They did charge my acccount only $4.95. However, when I received the trial bottle, there was a plastic seal on the outside of the bottle around the cap, however, the inner seal was completely punctured. This company installed their product three years ago in our attic. Recently, we had some electrical work done and had to have a couple of large holes cut in the ceiling. This company takes the cake. They have a F rating at the BBB, love to call and threaten you when they are late inj delivery (4-7 days is normal for them). I paid Enviro Clean 2889.68 to treat my home for mold on 12/09/08. Their employee Jim came back to my home on 12/20/08 and took air samples to test the air quality. I have yet to receive my air quality reports. I ordered something called Dual Action Cleanse. I have not received this, but I recd an invoice from GNC fro Acaia Berry which I have not recd. I order a "free sample" and now I understand they have shipped me something and I am being billed on a monthy program which I did not sign up for. 1st Verizon wired my area for FIOS and no longer sold DSL in the area. I was required to purchase FOIS at the higher cost if I wanted Verizon. Fios required rewiring your home for fiber optic. The worst part was that the lines were not cancelled and when we tried to use it Helio could not activate them for us.
