Placed order on line. They said item was in stock, and shipping next day. Never received the email verification. Tried to contact customer service multiple times-THEY DON"T ANSER THERE PHONE. I MANAGED TO GET THRU THE SALES DEPT. Asked what's up. Advised it was never shipped. They could not explain what happened. Just because it has Canada in its name does not mean it is a trustworthy company. Beyond a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only do they take your money quickly without finishing the order, when you try to cancel it they cannot be reached. You call the phone numbers listed as contact information and 25 mins. later it is disconnected on one line, on the other it does not even go through. Is this company even in business still? Very poor service. Does not answer phones and cannot prove that product shipped after six business days. Has excuses for everything but they sound fishy. Below is a copy of the dialog after 2 other attempts for confirmation. As you can see below, rather than resolve my issues about knowing the status and tracking numbers of the order they cancelled it. If he can call his rep to cancel the order, probably could have done the same to find out the tracking number. I have dealt with many online merchants but this takes the cake! I placed an order with digitgo for canon bci24 ink cartridges. When the ink arrived, it some of it had leaked out of the cartridges and the rest of them had dried up. I immediately contacted them for replacements. They responded quickly with a RMA and I sent them back with delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Two weeks later I hadn’t received my ink cartridges and have received no responses. I wrote them and the next day received this response. Wonderful to deal with. I found them on PriceWatch and their deal on PriceWatch was that they offered free shipping >$x order. However, their online ordering system doesn't allow for codes or discounts. The the order completed before I was aware that I wouldn't be able to enter the discount. Anyway, I sent them an email referencing their PriceWatch posting and my order number. They CALLED ME that same day! Where to start ... I placed an order for a Panasonic Lumix FZ-20 on 2-17-05 (Thursday) around 4pm. Since it said that it can take up to 3 days to ship the item, I wasn't expecting it to ship until Tuesday at the latest ... and plus, for the price ($450 compared to $600 at other places) I was a little lenient. Digitally Unique is unique alright. This store sucks shop there at your own risk. If you have a problem you will be on your own. I returned a camera, so far, I've never received my refund going on three months now. They say they didn't get the return. The post office says they did. But so far nothing I do or say gets a real response from them. We exchanged at least ten emails to start with. I sent them post office receipt with tracking, still nothing. Frustrating experience ordering and returning a product to this company. I purchased a white ergo keyboard for my Mac and instead received a black PC keyboard. The part numbers are mostly different and it's not easy to confuse one for the other. When I finally got through to a live person on the phone after numerous attempts and few new 800 numbers to dial, the customer service rep said it would take 48 hour just to confirm they did send me the wrong keyboard and they'd have to go back to the stockroom security tapes to confirm... read full review »

It has been 6 weeks since I placed my order and I still have not received the full order. I have sent multiple emails to them, including one to cancel the order, and have received no replies. They list no phone number to call for assistance, emails only, which they ignore. I highly suggest avoiding them at all cost. UPDATE: On the weekend of May 12, over two months since I placed the order, Digital1234 called me and said they would ship my item to me ONLY if I deleted my bad online reviews of them. Like Everyone else I was suckered in. I ordered a panasonic vera th-58PZ800U and was told by James it would be shipped that night. Following day a sales verification form and tracking number was given. CEVA, the shipper made no pickups from them, and the trace number was bogus per CEVA. My experience has been mixed. My first order was for a Canon iPF6100 printer, and I received it in a timely fashion for an excellent price. Three subsequent orders for ink tanks and paper have been disappointing. Nothing has shipped until I have complained after waiting 2 weeks. This last order had not shipped after 3 weeks, and I cancelled on 1-21-09. The company has still not issued a credit after charging my credit card on 1-2-09! My wife bought me a watch winder and the on-line description was not clear as to how it operates. It turns out their model is not compatible with my brand of automatic watch. It was returned with all boxes, instructions, plastic wrap, etc., in other words in perfect condition. The original cost was $85.00 but my resulting refund, after a very convoluted return process, was $43.00. They kept over $41.00 ! Digital Foto Club is not an authorized Kalorik dealer. The item shipped to me was defective out of the box and they would not allow it to be returned to them for a replacement. Kalorik has been unable to process the warranty replacement in the 30 days since the item was returned to them. Do not purchase Kalorik products from this store. The only thing I ever got from them was an automated reply, telling me that they "typically respond to messages within one (1) business day". What a joke! The next thing I know, I received an email from "Sam", subject "stock" stating my order is cancelled because it is out of stock. Purchased a htpc style computer case, case was defective, digital connection refused to refund my money. In addition the case i purchased has a design flaw where the 3.5" drive cage can come into contact with the video card, and it fried my $405 video card. Digital connection was aware of this cases propensity to ruin video cards, however they never warned their customers about this. Digital connections was very uncooperative, refusing to authorize a return for the case or help me deal with the manufacturer about the ruined video card. One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. The only thing I can equate it to is a bad mechanic. Where you feel helpless, and its your word vs. theirs. Their customer service is pitiful and I can see how this has probably become a bit of a scam for them. You order something, they send you the wrong thing. Needed a present for my girl so placed an order for Horse Life DS game. It was "In Stock". Got a confirmation email stating it's "In Stock". Waited a few days for the shipment notification and then checked the account. Oops, now the status was "Back ordered". Curiously, the product webpage still showed it in stock.
