I have contacted this company for a website design. They agreed to build a website for me for $1350 and asked for a deposit 0f 450.00 which I paid the same day. When I realized that the website was not being created after 3 weeks, I asked for my money back so that I could go to a different company. They refused to refund my deposit under the pretext that they usually ask for half of the amount and since my 450 was less than half of 1350 they cannot refund my money. This company designed a web site for me for my business. After forking out over $1200.00 it was not designed to my requirements. I had pages with forms of them that did not work. To this date they have fixed them. They charged me for a page that I was supposed to get free for paying up front for hosting for a year. They were supposed to design a page for people to post their information. That was never done. My advice is do not use this company. I felt like total RIP OFF! I had a really bad experience with these company. I scheduled a move early in the morning at 8:30 and they didn't showed up till 12:00. They were not even sorry for this and the lady behaved rudely when I called their office. This site is blocking emails to their customers accounts from sites without any proof. I received an email to advise my email had been rejected as it was listed in a negative database as a Home Internet Connection. The server in fact is in a cluster, in the largest Data Centre in Europe and has never been a home connection. My daughter moved from Edmond Ok to Swannanoa, NC on. 8-11-08 and we have tried to get matters straight with this company since the move. We just received a denial letter Nov. 16, 08 from them. Made a purchase at Good Feet Store of 2 sets of plastic inserts. While I was pleased with one set, the other did not support my feet at all, and I returned them for an exchange within the 60 day grace period they give, less than a month after the original purchase. The clerk basically argued with me that they really do work and that they don't take returns. I advised at the time of purchase I was told to return them within 60 days and an exchange would be made. If you want torture, lies, and generally getting screwed out of your hard earned dough then this is the place to work. The only reason they stay in Missouri is that Missouri will not help an employee get their wages due to them because it is a hire at will state so unless you take them to court you are screwed. I ordered an Asus Eee PC 901HA through Buy.com, after the item was shown as being in stock and would ship in 1-2 business days. After ordering they sent me an e-mail with UPS tracking number. The tracking number turned out to be invalid and the item never shipped.I called their support 800# 10 times and never got through, just sat on hold for 10+ mins each time to be trans to a mbx that doesn't take messages.I emailed them 15 times and received no reply.I have disputed the charge as they absolutely SUCK, will never order from these rip off artists again. DVCentury.com advertised 1 GB of DDR RAM for $78- I bought it- received a used 512mb module that did not even work right. I called and the owner "SAM" was very uncooperative. I will likely be taking him to court over this, and am now requesting a charge back from my credit card company. Fraudulent organization is not even BBB registered-I own a real computer store-with real bills, real problems and I don't have to rob people to make my living. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are BIG TIME FRAUDS and will do anything to get more money out of you. I placed an order for a Nikon D70s kit and was told the same thing, no battery. Ordered power supply. It was DOA. (Even though as per the site they TEST them). It took 6 weeks to get another RMA's. (the delay due to insufficient RMA tracking, I suppose, I had to give them the UPS tracking # so they could "Find" it.) That replacement power supply arced severely, and blew a transistor through it's vent. (thank goodness no-one was injured arcing or schrapnel!) Ordered my items through SHOP.com, got confirmation from SHOP.com right away, also from the other merchants I purchased from through SHOP.com at the same time. Got confirmation from EVERYONE EXCEPT VITADIGEST. Vitadigest never even acknowledged me order until 12/19/2008, then stating that that was the date I placed the order. On the upside they also did not charge me for my order until the last week in December when they finally got aroud to sending my merchndise. The only reason I didn't give mp3playerstore.com a 9 or 10 was that they didn't have the item in stock and had stopped selling it but still had, and still has, the same item on their website. I ordered a Phiten Power sleeve on 12/5 - received notification it would be backordered until 12/12, then 12/19. Okay, now it's 12/24, and I just received an email it's backordered until 1/20/09. This was something I absolutely needed to have sooner than later, and now I may not get it at all until sometime in 2009. My Dad was buying me a camera for christmas and the person he talked to essentially conned him into spending an extra $400 on crappy accessories that would otherwise cost less than half of that price.
