We have been loyal customers of AT&T for years, but in Jan, Feb, Mar, and Apr of 2007 our service with Dish Network (which was bundled with AT&T) had many problems. 2 out of 3 of the boxes refused to work. Gainsaver is a scam company. Do not buy anything from Gainsaver. I bought a G5 computer from them and it did not work right out of the box. Cost me $60.00 to ship it back and they will only issue a store credit. This company is running a scam. It is hard to dispute the charge with the Credit card company because Gainsaver will issue a store credit. I received great service until I paid him to design a logo for my company, then although the website states "Fast turnaround" I am still waiting on my logo (about a month later). In addition, the samples he has provided so far were poor and lacked creativity. This was a waste of my money, not only the quality was mediocre but I have yet to see a finished product and it's is a month later since I made payment. I refused to sign up for a one-year contract with yellowpages.com after excessive phone pressure. I was told that all I needed to do was give them my account number for monthly payments ($450.00/month), and it could be activated by voice authorization right there on the phone. I ordered flowers from Proflowers.com in March 2008. Every month after that I was charged $14.95 for some Easy Saver Program that I have no idea what it is and never signed up for it. I was charged a total of 10 times. My bank can't do anything about it because the claims go back to far. I called Easy Saver and demanded my money back. I want to warn everyone that Charter could care less about their customers. The Charter people worked on their set up in our front yard. THey cut our phone line in the process (we do not have Charter phone services so they probably did it on purpose) and they left the cables, etc, they used and cut in our front yard. I have been trying to reach this company within the seven days to cancel, but everytime I email it comes back and tells me the address can not be found. On October the 17th I had an adt alarm system installed in my house. I was promised a 100.00 gas rebate by the representative. When I received the rebate coupons, it seems I could only redeem 1 per mo. I sent my first one in October. No response. I sent another one in November. No response. Wells Digital is some kind of a scam where they take orders and bill credit card companies but never send you anything. No one answers the phone or responds to e-mails so the only thing you can do is report it to your credit card company. Credit Card Company takes 8 weeks to investigate. After 8 weeks, the charge re-appears on your credit card statement because Wells Digital tells the credit card company that the charge is real.
