This is by far the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with in my entire life. I ordered in the middle of November, emailed them a few days later after no information concerning the shipment. They said one of the boards was back ordered so I waited. After three weeks with no response I kindly asked them to cancel my order as they had had their chance and I was no longer interested in doing business. I've purchased a GE corded phone with cordless handset from these crooks, Upon receiving the item I opened it and right away I've noticed that there's no invoice in the package and the unit seemed like it's been used it has old phone numbers stored in there. after setting up the unit I plugged it into the wall outlet and found that the unit is a piece of crap! it's not working can't make or recieve calls. I bought a Logitech mini mouse from this company on eBay. It quit working after a week. I had to send them two emails to ask for return instructions. They are slow to reply to a problem. Then, to get an RMA number, you have to follow 20 rules on their request page and fill out a lengthy form with information they already have. Then it takes two days to get a number. They don't refund return shipping and you have to pay shipping again on the replacement. The item price was fair but the shipping was more than the item price. Awful Awful company to deal with!!! I ordered a monitor with them as a present for my boyfriend. It was delivered damaged (box had been dropped on its corner and had very obvious crack in the cardboard) which is obviously not Overclockers fault but the couriers. I thought Id try the monitor anyway and I figured if its not working thats what they/the couriers have insurance for. Monitor didnt work and I asked for a replacment. DO NOT Order from this company. Their Customer Service Department could not care less what problem you have. I spent better than 30 minutes on the phone just to be told that the manager would have to deal with my problem and he would be in "sometime later." They also will not refund any accessories or warranties you buy. So buy all your device protection and accessories from somebody else in case you have a problem, because these guys are not going to care. Wisetronics has a "sister" company called 86th Street Photo & Video. If I had only researched this, I would not have placed my order. I get the same "back order" story. What was once a 1 week back order, is now a 6 week back order. It seemed there were "technical gliches" as to why I wasn't notified. I did it backwards--ordered first and then found the reviews. So many negatives convinced me I should cancel the order right away. I did so the very next day, but the order had already shipped. Two days later I received a reply to my email informing me it was too late to cancel, but that I could refuse the shipment. The order arrived six days after shipping (includes the weekend). The products, two infant restaurant chairs, were exactly as pictured. How can I complain? I think the business model of this company is data harvesting and the potentially unlawful accumulation of CC #'s and associated info. My guess is that they sell this (your) data. They certainly have no intention of fulfilling many orders, at least on the basis of my experience and what I have read online. I have filed a complaint with the AG's office in California and urge those of you who have suffered through the BS order cancellation to contact your AG's office also. On 12/12/08, I purchased two items from this company thinking it was Sony, with no hesitation or any thought that it could be a scam company. I learned of this Reseller ratings a couple of days later on the 15th of Dec. So I checked on Sony Style and did not like what I read. I did a search on the toll free phone number and this company happens to have the same number as a company called Eboost Media. Eboost Media is a complete scam. These guys sale junk. Dont buy it. I purchased a PC from them and on arrival the clock speed for mine was off. I bought it as a Athlon XP 1800 which is supposed to run at 1.53gig. Never did. Sent back the motherboard and they sent a new one to me. Same problem only now it comes on, but now doesnt even boot up. Sent two more boards back to them and believe me the shipping was on me of course. This trading method does not work and Jonathon knows it. He refused to show his trading statements to support his YouTube videos and wouldn't allow anyone to speak to his broker to confirm he can trade profitably. All he wants is your $2000 for a failed system. If he could pull so much money out of the markets as he claims, he wouldn't be selling the method for $2000. in fact, no one would.
