My Family and I went to Picture Me in Wal-Mart in Princeton, WV. We were given and apointment for 2:30 and when we came back at that time we were told she was finishing with another custumer. I called true.com to cancel my subscription because I was not happy with the cite. The person I spoke to said it was paid through a certain date and then gave me more extended time[ I guess trying to keep me as a customer]as I`m sure they are instructed to do. I was under the impression that at the end of that time that would be it, finished, done, the END but oh no, I was billed two more times before I caught it. Joseph Montalvo is a glib scam artist! He is gifted with a tricky tounge and that's it! He ripped us off for $4300.00 ! I give two Playboy subscriptions as Christmas gifts, however, you send only one gift enclosure card. On August 25, 2008, I requested a second gift enclosure card (confirmation #68c55) and was messaged to "Be patient". I was patient until December 24th and still no enclosure card. I received an email for the Pedipaws so I opened it and decided to order. My first clue to this scam should have been that they have you put in your billing info before giving you a total. While buying my sick mother flowers I was unknowingly enrolled in EasySaver, A program that charges $1.95 at the time of enrollment & an addition charge of $14.95 a month. I called ProFlowers - my complaint fell on deaf ears. I was told pro flowers had nothing to do with Easy saver. At which point I hung up, emailed a note to CS stating my intention to never do business with proflowers again due to their association with deceptive business. I prepaid for collect cals from jail and received a bill for taxes on my account owing $22.42 after paying with my checking account or debit and/or visa card. If it is a pre paid account how can a person owe a bill for services? Now that my son is in jail he cannot call me due to this bill they say I owe to the company. The BP gas station on Concord Pike, across from Charcoal Pit, needs new pumps. It is so frustrating to enter and get out of the car, open the gas door, put in the credit card and find that it says to See Cashier. So you trump inside and the attendant says "try another pump." OAN Services, Inc. in Clearwater, FL intentionally charged, in my name, without my authorization, USA Voicemail monthly fees to my AT&T phone bill for $13.92 a month for 21 months. OAN owes me $292.00. They said it would take 1-2 billing cycles to remove & they would only credit 3 months. There are (t00) many websites pimping this product. They are a scam and stealing money. Would not refund, even with returned products. The customer service people claim to be supervisors and actually tell you they do not care about anything, complaints, suing etc. Cost of doing business will be the lawsuits I hope they get. Unfortunately for consumers it will probably be class actions and you get $1 refund for your loss of $100 and the lawyers on both sides get 7-figure returns...while the product/company continue to rip people off. Two and a half years ago I set up my residential package with Verizon, which included DSL, landline with long distance and DirecTV. On 11/03/08 I was approved for a loan with Cedarbrook Lending Group in the amount of 5, 000 dollars. Because of my credit I was told that I needed to make a collateral payment of $750.00. I originally hired flavor grafix to design a website for me. the agreed upon price was 1500. i put down a deposit of 500. At first it seemed to be going ok. but after months of difficulty trying to get my work done, I had to fire them, as it was becoming obvious after a year that the 3 mo project was not going to be completed. In the end I was out 500 bucks and a lot of time, for a product that wasn't even a good starting point for the person who took over. My loan was sold to Greentree from Conseco about 6.5 years ago and since then it has been a nightmare to deal with these people. If you are behind they will use every tactic in the book to try to embarrass or getting a hold of you. They have called neighbors and other people i work with.
