I prepaid for collect cals from jail and received a bill for taxes on my account owing $22.42 after paying with my checking account or debit and/or visa card. If it is a pre paid account how can a person owe a bill for services? Now that my son is in jail he cannot call me due to this bill they say I owe to the company. My sister in law said to call BBB and the FCC to report this company, I am doing that next and refuse to pay the bill for taxes. read full review »

The BP gas station on Concord Pike, across from Charcoal Pit, needs new pumps. It is so frustrating to enter and get out of the car, open the gas door, put in the credit card and find that it says to See Cashier. So you trump inside and the attendant says "try another pump." So out you go to another pump. Same thing. The attendant says "What do you want from me - I only make minimum wage - take your complaint to the corporate office." OAN Services, Inc. in Clearwater, FL intentionally charged, in my name, without my authorization, USA Voicemail monthly fees to my AT&T phone bill for $13.92 a month for 21 months. OAN owes me $292.00. They said it would take 1-2 billing cycles to remove & they would only credit 3 months. To get the remainder of the refund I would need to fax the rest of the information or mail it to them. I did that as well as sending an online report to their website. There are (t00) many websites pimping this product. They are a scam and stealing money. Would not refund, even with returned products. The customer service people claim to be supervisors and actually tell you they do not care about anything, complaints, suing etc. Cost of doing business will be the lawsuits I hope they get. Unfortunately for consumers it will probably be class actions and you get $1 refund for your loss of $100 and the lawyers on both sides get 7-figure returns...while the product/company continue to rip people off. This resulted in a triple bundle package, and should have been billed accordingly. That was two red flags since usually a company will call you if they are legitimate and want to interview you. On 11/03/08 I was approved for a loan with Cedarbrook Lending Group in the amount of 5, 000 dollars. Because of my credit I was told that I needed to make a collateral payment of $750.00. I originally hired flavor grafix to design a website for me. the agreed upon price was 1500. i put down a deposit of 500. At first it seemed to be going ok. but after months of difficulty trying to get my work done, I had to fire them, as it was becoming obvious after a year that the 3 mo project was not going to be completed. In the end I was out 500 bucks and a lot of time, for a product that wasn't even a good starting point for the person who took over. If you are behind they will use every tactic in the book to try to embarrass or getting a hold of you. They have called neighbors and other people i work with. The have called and threaten my parents and they have called my ex wife's family (2 years after I divorced her and she was never on the loan).
