I ordered the window and door draft guards on Jan 8th, they charged my credit card and I havent heard from them since. The bland invoice (also with theh rep yahoo email address!) do not give you a phone number to call to check up on your order, you have to go back to the site just to get a number. We have a contract with AT&T as our local provider and exclusive long distance carriers. For month Info Source USA Directory has been fraudulently charging our AT&T invoices. AT&T cannot do anything about it. If we refuse to pay, we become delinquent with AT&T. I have not found any way to reach this company (MainStreet Telephone is doing the same thing). I just signed up for Hughes net and was told that if I went over my downloads allowances I would be set back to Dial Up Speed. That sounded ok to me. Getting booted off the net efery 10 mins isnt Slow running speeds even when they decide to let you use their services is not what I signed up for And finally when you go over your usage they dont set you back to Dial up speeds they STOP your ability to effectivley use the internet Buyer Beware, because in my opinion Hughes net is ripping people off. read full review »

I have called them numerous times, the gentlemen always stated that they were backed up with requests and the postal delivery was behind too. I signed up for Windstream's Bundle package which included phone, internet and dish network. I was quoted a price of $117.22/month. My last 3 bills have been $148.10. After I mistakenly blocked a collect call from a family member at a correctional facility, I tried approximately 4-5 times over 2 weeks to "unblock" with T-Netix customer service. Very bad experiance with this photographer. My friends big day was almost ruined. The photographer is rude, she was overbearing to the extent of pushing people out of the way and upsetting guests. As well as other things the photographer then posted these private moments all over the internet despite an agreement that these pictures were personal and therefore could not be used for commercial use. I had signed up for the JC Penney Rewards Program and I was NEVER told this would cost $9.95 a month. I NEVER gave them my credit card number. I do shop JC Penney on a regular basis but this was not something I agreed to pay for. It was very misleading inn the fact that this was a free service. I've been a DIGITELONE DSL subscriber for almost 2 years now. I have been paying for the advertise DSL speed of 256 KBPS. I never, during the last two years reach that speed yet. The fastest that I got was 220 KBPS. Sometimes I was getting below 120 KBPS. When I complained to the one of the service centers, I was told that 220 is the average speed that customers with a 256 contract are getting. My girlfriend and I recently rented a mailbox from this UPS Store in Schenectady (Rotterdam), NY in order to receive mail and packages that requires a signature. We also felt it would be more secure than packages being left on our front porch. The location was also convenient since we pass by the location on the way home from work.
