I responded to an online ad to record a song and film a commercial at this studio. I paid $500 cash to the owner, Ron Johnson. While recording, Mr. Johnson said I must complete the song in one take. I tried and made an error. Mr. Johnson said if I mess up one more time, he would stab me with his pocket knife. The other employees assured me he says things like that all the time and not to worry. I made another mistake in the song and he stabbed me in my shoulder. I left and called the cops and they said there was nothing they could do with no actual proof. I made a large purchase from this Yves Rocher(over $200) and on the web page the price listed for a brush-set was on sale for 50% off the normal $15, so it was $7.50. I purchased a Toshiba Portege M800 on 11/12/08 I didnot take it out of the box until Jan 1'09. On 10/01/09 the harddrive crashed. I have expierenced a crack in the rear door of my 2003 Mercury Mountaineer, I went to the dealership and spoke with the service manager, he said that there have been several complaints do to the stress of exspansion and contraction and it isn't covered by the company.. I ordered the Escort 9500ix from Escort itself. Apparently, if you order from someone else, Escort will try to void the warranty. Not sure why they would sell through other retailer and have the customer pay the ultimate price of having a voided warranty. Nonetheless, I figured the 9500ix seemed like a good ideal. Allied Interstae Inc keeps calling my wife and I about a loan someone else has. They say their number 1 quick time and they always call at bad times. I can't get their number to complain to them. We took our tv in at the beginning of September. Not only did I call every week for an update, I was usually told that they would call me back; which of course they did not. After over three months of no tv, they finally declared it unfixable and I was able to get a refund from the manufacturer. Avoid this place unless you have incredible patience and have a twisted urge to be disappointed. We have been using magic jack for 2 weeks and voice delay on out and in coming phone calls is terrible it takes about 20- 50 seconds to work. We ordered a belt from Treadmill Doctors on Jan. 8. Later we received an email that our item had been fulfilled. They gave us a tracking number to follow up, and a tracking number through Fed-Ex. I called Fed-Ex last night and they said that they had received the information but the item was not called for pick up. I called Treadmill Doctors and was put on hold for a very long time. No one ever answered. I sent emails and they were not answered either. I checked the tracking numbers for the website and there was no item ordered on our account.
