Utterly identical to CyberGiftCenter and 4Compu, they don't allow any contact except by email. I emailed them one day after ordering to request a shipping address change. No response. Purchased a Cradlepoint CTR350 which is a very nice piece, except that it does not come with battery capability. I was pulling my hairs out when my R340 displayed the message "parts reaching end of service life, see manual". As I know these printers are not made to be "servicable", and I am not ready to pay another hundred pounds for a new printer, I was devastated. Thanks to this service program, it took away the warning message and I can continue using my R340 with the CISS. Phew!! I was a member of the 168 Club for a LONG time, from back when you had to pay $35 "membership fees" for every $2000 of equipment you bought from them. I bought well over $10, 000 of equipment. Sales people were friendly, helpful, and fairly knowledgeable.
