This company FBK Products sold me septic products to keep my system from failing. I followed the guidelines and upgraded to better products when suggested. They then sold me a warranty policy to cover any damages to my system, pumping, failed leach fields etc. and then when the products did not work and my system failed due to a sludge in the lines the company would not honor the warranty agreement. I brought my eleven year old son a rc truck for christmas. We followed the instructions to the letter. After the third tank of break in fuel the truck will not start. When we contact duratrax customer support they tell me to send in the truck and they will look at it. In the meantime my son has no christmas present no nothing to play with. I suffered a burglary in the early hours of Thursday, 22 Jan 2009. My cellphones were stolen, of which one was a MTN contract phone. I immediated called the MTN call centre to cancel the sim and blacklist the handset. The call centre was closed and would reopen at 06h00 (2 hours later). RIP Alldirect... I'm surprised by all the negative reviews here about Alldirect. I ordered from them for years and never had a problem. It's true that sometimes items you could add to your cart would end up out of stock. More than 4 months ago I received 24 AA and 12 AAA. I have chargine equipment that enables me to measure the actual battery capacity. Many of the AAAs were near or above their 1000mAh ratings, although some were approximately 800mAh. The AA batteries, however, are woefully over-rated. Their claimed capacityis 2600mAh. Many have capacities around 1600 mAh -- less than 2/3 their claimed rating.
