I ordered some toner that All-Laser specified as "minimum order two". The package that they promptly sent contained only one cartridge, and my complaint went unanswered, so I was stiffed for $17.50 (plus shipping). These things will happen over a lifetime, but if you have a choice between All-Laser and somebody else, I'd go with the somebody else. read full review »

This experience has been the worst I've ever had with any purchase, and I am not the dramatic type, it's been terrible. I placed my order on October 31st with the website guarantee that I would receive that item in no more than 14 days. I called two weeks later to find out what is going on, only none of the website phone numbers work. Similar horror story about Shuttle SP35P2 Pro. The system would not boot (DOA), so I RMA'ed it to them. They made me pay for shipping and said it is standard practice which I was all right with. Fun starts after that: They did not locate the package for four days after UPS delivered it. As I was forcing them to tell me where it is, all of a sudden the package appears, it was in inspection that is why they did not know where it was. I mean how fishy can you get? I placed an order on the 1st. On the 2nd I received an e-mail from them stating my order had shipped. On the same e-mail further down it said the order would ship on the 3rd. It gave a link to the usps site, no item number given though. Went there and it said no record of item. Nine days and several unanswered emails and phone messages passed. I contacted Google and thank goodness they said they would refund the money to my credit card. Hi, Dreadful awful service. I bought an expensive motherboard and it turned out to be faulty, I returned it and was eventually told that the damage must have been my fault (it wasn't) and that I had to pay the £50+VAT repair charge. I refused and had to send many emails quoting the law to them (they seem completely ignorant of the law regarding long distance purchases) before getting a refund of the purchase price. I'm now trying to get the cost of returning the board to them back (Trading Standards confirm I am entitled to this) and am shortly to make an offical complaint. I should have done my homework. The reviewer who said DON'T BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT!!! is right. NO ONE answers the phone, no matter what time you call. Bought a Dell power supply from these people. Received it, found that it didn't solve my problem and returned it under their RMA policy. All this happened before Sept. 15, 2007. THREE MONTHS later, they have still not refunded my purchase price less restocking fee. They also have ignored my email to them. I placed an order for a machine on June 9, 2008 and "due to heavy volume" did not receive it until the end of July. Right out of the box there were issues. The unit would not boot. In a subsequent call to tech support it was requested that I remove the motherboard and send it back to them, which I declined to do. I received a shipment today (8/26)and the box was broken open with the packing materials falling out. What I found inside was disturbing. A previous customer's angry letter accompanying his return shipment which Adventure RV never read. As it turned out I have the same problem as this previous customer--wrong size because the website did not specify sizes. Seems that Adventure RV only forward a return to me and now I have no box to return my shipment! I will never buy from Adventure RV. One "Adventure" was enough. Placed an order with Advantage superstore on Tuesday, February 11, 2003 at approx. noon for a Sony DSC U20 digital camera. Website claims orders ship the next day. Paid a large amt. of money to have item shipped 2nd day air in hopes of getting camera for Valentine's day. December 2008, I received a letter in the mail, along with a check from this Shoppers Market Research. The letter said that I indicated an interest in additional income on a part-time bases. I instantly knew something wasn't right because I never showed an interest in being a 'mystery shopper'. Like others that reported this scam, it seemed too good to be true. Along with the letter was a check for $2, 940.00. Also, I noticed that they didn't spell the word Forty right on the check. It is spelled Fourty. I am a freight broker out of Olathe, KS and I contracted this company to haul a load for me out of IA to KS. 1 Week after I was told by the company the load delivered (followed up with a fax of the BOL) I come to find out this load really never delivered and the driver had an accident. This company is placing charges on your at&t bill for service that you have not requested. I have never heard of this company and at&t is letting this happen. I received my paperless bill by email and saw that the charges were higher than normal. I called at&t to question and they informed me that they bill for over 200 companies.
