I bought a computer from them in 2001 - at the time i lived in NYC, but from Cleveland. During xmas holiday I came home and had them fix my computer, instead of installing a 80mg HD drive they gave me a 40. Regardless they fixed it. Their definition of "standard shipping" is nowhere to be found on their website. I am a current customer of Vision Systems LLC unfortunately. I live in Boulder ridge apartments in Apple Valley MN. I pay Vision Systems almost $50 dollars a month for 50 some channels and I don't get a cable box. But the worst part is: Vision Systems only offers ONE option for High speed internet. 1MB down and 384kb up for $45 a month. As a privately owned business, we must be able to count on taking and downloading our credit card sales at the end of the day to cover checks. With four service interruptions in two months as longs as 1.5 days, our business is suffering. When we call, no one will ever let us talk to a manager. It is so frustrating. When the service come out, they do not even come in the store and say that it is fixed. I guess it is up to us to keep trying all day. It seems that many other businesses have experienced the same problems. Advanced Media took $7, 900.00 from my credit card on false pretenses, The charges were for TV commercials, Web Site and Class 1 DN publication ad in three different publications, 1 Ad in each paper for 6 weeks at 20 words or less. I just received my Frontier phone bill. Surprise a charge for something I didn't order <ESBI a voicemail company> I called Frontier, they said that they had several calls about this service. But refused to take it off of my bill. They are not suppose to let 3rd party companies do this. I did not order this service. Frontier did give me this number to call 800-460-0078. I have purchased a yamaha 450 rhino in 2006 new. I have found out for a off road veihecle they put the air intake for the motor right where it could suck up the most dirt, water and mud which shorting the life of the motor. I also had sticks break threw the floor boards on both sides with one about breaking my ankle. I think they sould of had some kind of skid plate to protect your feet. Hosthunger simply does not live up to their promises... - Hosthunger promise 24/7 support, but response times are often delayed up to 12 hours. - Hosthunger promise 99.9% uptime, but their servers are down on a regular basis, often up to several times a month!
