Although I received (most of) my order quickly, I realized as I was getting the invites ready to go (I purchased the shells form them) that they shortchanged me by 10. I immediately emailed and asked them to overnight the missing envelopes to me so that I could get them in the mail. He (Tim Simpson) apologized for the mistake, but said that it's not their policy to overnight items in this case, and that they'd send them regular mail. I keep getting billed by these people. I was stupid and signed up for a trial deal for 3 days to a download website to get some huge linux distributions that were too slow on another site. Long story short, I never received the emails giving me access to these sites. I went to their website and followed the account cancellation procedures to a "T". They are now billing me $39.95 a month for 2 seperate sites, MEGADOWNLOADPASS and some other thing called BOOKMARK. Well my Mom did like the Jacket and it arrived in average time. However, I decided to purchase it from shop.com because it was the cheapest price and it was only the cheapest because of $10 off. But they didn't mention that the $10 off that shows off in your cart is something that takes up to 45 days to process and won't shop up on your credit card bill until it's processed. So they give you the illusion it's right away, you even type in a coupon code, so now I get to wait till near the end of January to see if I need to complain to them a second time. read full review »

I recently purchased the two sets of sheets from Haband for a total of $47.00 and change. I have now washed them three times to try to get the gas smell out of them and the third time--before I have even used them-- all of the sewing on the top of the sheets is coming out. I have thrown away all of may packages because they did fit the bed and am sorry I did or they would definitely be on their way back to haband. I bought a full computer from this company. The guy I bought it from was very rude, and didn't like the fact that I was trying to customize my computer. I ended up just going with one of their "packages" because he tried to charge an arm and a leg for changes. I bought it at the actual store in Austin, and I even bought a four year warranty. I ordered 2 Visonik V123BP subwoofers back in July one was broke/damaged when shipped. I was charged for both. UPS picked up the damaged one on 8-23-05. I never received the replacement one or was my account credited. The phones suck and are shut off or something and I can't get back on the web site. What is with this? As far as invoice #, I don't have one because I never received any product from this company. I had made an online order from this company's website on 8/19/04 to purchase a Canon Pro1 digital camera. 100% thieves. I got my money back (eventually) but if not as persistent as I was, the will keep your $$.They sent me grey market product and charged me for US. Also $55.00 shipping for a $850.00 lens. I ended up keeping the lens and got a refund back for the overcharge and ALL of the shipping charge. How did I accomplish this? I wore then down. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company does not keep any items in stock, rather just drop ships to you from vendors. This process in reality takes 7 to 10 days. If you have weeks to wait to receive items, go ahead and order. If you are on a deadline they will never make it, and then charge you a 15% restocking fee if you have to return the items because you were forced to order them from another company that actually cared about customer service. Customer Service Representatives must be told or trained to be as rude and condescending as possible. I hate these guys SO MUCH! I was so happy at first to find a great deal on a Nikon D40. They called and 'confirmed' my address, and told me the battery it came with only lasted 15 minutes. They said they'd sell me a 5 hour one for $70 more with a charger. Well, it's still a good deal for the better battery so I said ok. I had some of the same problems others had. In my case disputing the charges with my credit card company got me my money back. 1. They sold me a remarked Athlon XP 2500+ as a 3200+. 2. They charged me tax even though I'm not in their state. 3. They were completely non-communicative, when you email them or use their web support form you just get a stupid faq email in response. I placed the order at the end of June. Nothing arrived so far. All my inqiries haven't received any response. My credit card was charged right away. I disputed the charge and guess what. They responded quickly to my CC company quickly with a tracking# for a 3 pound package delivered June 30, 2006 and it was even signed by me. I was not at home then so how could I signed? The product ATI PCI Express X1600 Came with a Manufacturer Rebate. I sent all the required information 6 times. I talked with the rebate center 6 times. The said that the correct information was not recieved. I kept sending the same information. Finally i gave up. On the same day, 4 months later, I recieved a card stating that my rebate was in error and would not be processed; in a seperate mailing a check with my rebate. Very strange. Purchased a computer from them. Ordered a 450W power supply with case, received a 400W power suppy. Was told by Vladimir that it was a 450 as if I could not open the pc and see for myself.
