I used Move4Less to move from Las Vegas to Virginia. I packed 3 gallon size bottles of brand new premium liquor. Since booze is about 30% more expensive in Virginia then in Nevada. Mysteriously the box containing my alcohol was "lost". Since you are not supposed to pack liquid, I have no recourse. I suppose it is my fault for packing liquid. So they went through my stuff and kept my booze. Not to mention they forgot to put two ladders on the truck, 16' and 40' high end ladders totaling about $400. The E-Z pass toll location is extremely inconsistent. It is sometimes in the outer lanes, sometimes in the right two lanes and sometimes ALTERNATING LANES!!! I drove to the non-cash lane by mistake (because two trucks in front of me completely block my vision). And there is no turning back. Since I did not want to block the traffic, I run the toll and stopped at the road side. The operator told me that I cannot pay the toll fee there and must receive a ticket! Gallagher Basset is handling claim for Yogi Bear Jellystone, in Fremont Wisconsin, which illegally dumped tons of leaves in the Village sewer system blocking the sewer main which cause raw sewage to back up into my basement, twice in one day!!! The incident happened May 2008, and still no resolution of my claim. They are insensitive to acknowledge the pain and suffering this has caused my family. I had the Cleaning Authority come to my house and sell me their services to the tune of $82.00 for one cleaning. Not only did they do an inferior job of cleaning, but they broke all the casters off my foot stool which I had just purchased in June. North American Movers promised to collect goods on July 22nd 2008 and deliver in approx 3 weeks for a move from WA to PA. Arrived one day late for collection although the driver called me late at night to say he could collect at around 2am! On the Eighteenth of September I parked in a taxi zone, not putting anybody to inconvienience as I had left two products in the store that I had purchased 45 minutes prior. I stopped for 30 seconds and locked my car and ran inside, meanwhile the driver of taxi 1106 cab 5 spat on my drivers side window, whilst my 3yr old daughter sat in the car. Touchstonecatalog.com was the online company. We ordered two pet condos in espresso finish. Each took about an hour to assemble. When we got to the last piece of the product to assemble, which is the table top that is visible to all, both pieces had damaged corners. The second condo did not assemble well, and the door does not close properly. Our call to customer service was not handled well. LVNV funding is suing me for $909.19 plus court cost because of an old debt they purchased for pennies, the original amount was $498. I tried to pay this debt when I first found out it had been turned over to a collections agency, but they just talk down to me. LVNV funding is taking advantage of people, especially in today's economy, their paying pennies and collecting dollars, this doesn't seem right. Without appropriate notification, Hughes.net enabled what they call a Fair Access Policy, but there is nothing fair about it. I had been time warner cable customer for last 4 years. Since beginning of this year, my internet would just get disconnected for no reason for weeks at end.
