Hi there, I am really pissed that i was scammed by the microsoft promotions and the fake tnt courier service in the uk. I was scammed on september 4th 2008 by persons who claimed to be tnt dispatch officers and microsoft promo claim agents. I would like to know when an standard member complains about the service from Adultfriendfinder there never is any contact from AFF. They are constantly changing their system, They call it upgrading. I call it constantly being plagued with problems that grows from bad to worse. When we first started talking to first universal lending. they were very convincing that they could get our mortgage loan reworked and could lower our payment 30% to 60%. I asked Gary about their success rate and he stated 100%. After we got signed up and a payment of 399.00 got made they would get started. The payment was made but after i got signed up they never assigned a loan officer to me.every time i would call they would ask me who my loan officer was and i would tell them i don't know. December 22nd, 2007 A Safeco insured came into my lane causing me to lose control of my vehicle and be hit by another. The accident exacerbated. Some back problems I already had... They don't want to pay because my treatments would probably have been needed later on anyway... Insurance companies like that are the reason there are sooo many lawsuits. I did my transaction through Eztradein.com, which is owned by Dealtree. All my subsequent dealings were with Dealtree so that is why my review is here. Eztradein is Dealtree's service which buys back used electronics. I sent them a laptop, which had a quoted value of $200. I selected to receive a check and shipped my laptop. Upon receipt I got an e-mail that the hinge was cracked and it's value was only $99. There is no way it was cracked when I sent it, and there is no way it happened during shipping. She will hook you up with discounts like you would not believe i got my 3rd watch this month from them pics are of same watch you get so no funny business and quality is excellent - best watches i have got from them. It angers me when unscrupulous people will act like your friend during the process of trying to rip you off. My landline telephone (040 23195283) went dead more than 10 days back. Towards this. I had already registered a complaint with BSNL, Hyderabad (using their computerised/automated registration scheme), and had even called up the nearest exchange (Jeedimetla area) to request them to rectify the problem. Delivery was for 9/3/08. Called late that evening, told they were still delivering. Called 9/4, (no one called back) Called 9/5, was told flowers were delivered (THEY WERE NOT). Was told that I would receive a credit on my card. That didn't happen either. Called 9/12, girl took a message and would deliver it to the person I talked to on 9/5 (Kristi). She (Kriste) was the person who told me that she would credit my account. So far I am still out $62.53, which I consider to be a considerable amount of money. Can anyone help me? Michelle Lambros and her so-called Grape Merchant in Weston have stiffed the American Cancer Society and the Weston Relay for Life. She was supposed to donate $5, 000 to the event and has even mentioned the donation in a big Miami Herald piece bragging about her community exploits. 3 months after the event, no money and no donation. I bought a purse for $398.00 at a department store and found out the same purse was sold for $145.00 as a clearance item in a nearby factory outlet within one month. Big food mix up in customers. The lady tried to give what she thought was mine to someone else. Then when I told her it wasn't mine either because it had been there way too long she told the cook "he said it's been here too long" with a hateful voice. I then told her to keep the money and could I have a comment card. I was told NO!. On the way to my car a lady YELLED at me that I would get my food. On July 29, 2008 I ordered cologne from Fragracesits.com. Product was suppost to have been sent from company by name of Dympaul Inc. Money was taken from my account on July 30, 2008. I have never received the product. Have sent daily emails and have received four back saying they will solve the problem but nothing has happened. I was sent a phone number but it wasn't good. I agreed to let Habitat use of my electricity and to store one trailer on my property while building three homes near my rental. This company refused to provide us with his business license. they called us and told us our application was approved for 10, 000 after we applied for a personal loan and they asked to sign a contract they e-mailed us after that they would give us further instructions in how to send 1500.00 in order to fund our loand. In the ad for Wolf Camera 9/6/08 the offer was "buy any digital camera over $100 and get a free printer". In this ad they had a Canon PowerShot A590 IS for $149.99. After either calling or visiting every Wolf store in my area I was told that they did not carry that camera and did not intend to get one in. This is pure bait & switch - I have to buy a more expensive camera to get the free printer within the 1 week offer. And they would not give me a rain-check for the camera or the printer. The rebate card came with a $100.00 credit on it supposedly I say supposedly because the card has been declined at every retailer except the first one a Chinese resturant. It you go to the web site however for the rebate program they say the card is good and still has $78.00 on it. I read the instructions completely that came with the card (highly restrictive) and figured well mabe the merchants are doing something wrong. My driver side door the material started to come off also on the same side my viser on the mirror came off. So i brought it in on Aug 5th 2008. They told me they had to order new parts. She said she didn't get around to calling me to tell me they would be late. She said she would call me back to reschedule. 15 minutes later she called and told me she could not accomodate me. Quoted $1995.00 to moved my car from Maui to Texas. Car arrived and driver demanded more money then quoted. Called HLL and then said they would give me the $150 back. I was forced to pay the driver $150 more cash just to get my car. He would not release the car until then. We waited alomost two hours to get a hold of HLL and still I was made to pay more. I was very uncertain they would pay it back. I dicussed this concern with them right then. Still have not received credit back. It's been three months. I was having my children's photo taken and I asked the photographer, beforehand, if there were any discouts, deals, or promotions. He said no. The next day I find out that there is a current coupon deal for a free 8x10 or 10x14 plus 20% of your order!!! If I had known that I would have driven home and printed it out!!! The Realtors lie about the square foot of all homes they list so they can cheat the customer's. The loss is pretty severe and they should be sued because the buyers have to pay for appraisal which Reece and Nichols will not refund when you find out. Bunchesofbooks.com claims they shipped my textbook on August 29. Their email said to expect the book within 4-10 days. Yet, they provided a tracking number that USPS doesn't recognize. I have emailed them 4 times since September 2 and they are ignoring my emails. Yet their web page says that they respond within 1-3 business days. After 4 attempts to gain print confimation of pick-up times and shipment costs I was left with different times, costs, even schedule pick-up dates were different each time I called etc... Yellow did not honor the original quote provided even after I gave them the confirmation number. In addition each time I called the representative gave me different information on my shipment. I can't argue with that especially when they post picture of the original product.
