Game Stop/Game Informer allows customers to add revenue to your Edge Card (Game Stop Card)for future use. You sell games back to them and you can store the credit to your Game Stop card. However, if you at anytime lose your Game Stop card, you will lose all of the money you have stored on your card. Game Stop / Game Informer cannot look up your name or address to find your account. They do not inform you this will happen.
Game Stop should stop stealing from its customers and adapt better polices for their customers instead of unethical business practices.
Ban Game Stop / Game Informer until they change their policies to serve the consumer. read full review »

This collection agency keeps making harassing phone calls to my home phone. They are trying to get a hold of my FORMER roommate. Fed Ex delivered 1 skid/ 12 boxes. My receiver said he only saw 8 boxes. Fed Ex driver argued and said just sign for 1 skid and circled 1 skid because the other 4 boxes were concealed.
There were only 8 boxes on the skid and Fed Ex said "case closed -1 skid signed for - one skid delivered"

This woman could sell beach front property in hurricane season. We lost $300.00 for a 2 night stay in an old building that is made to look like a cabin, it was dirty and it stank! We had no water/or hot water at all until the 2nd day. The only place you could get water is from the bath room tub (witch did not have a door) There were no working sinks, no cook wear. We had to walk to my sisters cabin (witch was nice) to cook, or relax. Nothing worked except the toilet. We had to put an air mattress up in the bathroom doorway for privacy. I got a visit from these two guys and was told " they just left a house down the road and the person changed there mind about wanting there delivery." They just wanted to show it sold so they could get there "commission" for a sale. It looked good, so I took some into the house. I contacted this company and got there material via the internet for download. It was for a program that is supposed to explain how you can make money typing data over the internet. Well, needless to say it only really tells you how to set up an account on Zimbio then goes to explain you need to get accounts with adsense ect. But it never goes into any information about data entry. However the last paragraph states that you can also do data entry on the internet but we don't have the time to get into that. What? Now that I've pre-paid my entire tile purchase and installation in advance, 6 weeks later my bathroom is ripped apart, they have made 5 botched attempts, haven't ordered the right tile, and the installation is wrong so there are big gaps in the tile and tub enclosure. And, I cannot get a call back from anyone to address this situation. We have been working with them for 6 weeks trying to get them to order the right materials. This is particularly infuriating because we had to pay the $4500 in advance which means we have little recourse except to dispute the charges with the credit card company. read full review »

A good friend of my mine called me and told me how this PSI seminar changed his life. Since he was so amazed by this philosophy of life, and how it is benefiting his life, he wants me to go. He won’t take "no" for an answer even when I said "I don't want to pay $500 for the seminar." He said “I will pay for it." Brought to us by a supposed friend. Our other friends warned us that the company was not safe. Why we didn't listen is beyond me. We had good service with Vonage but switch to help a friend. It has been the experience from ***. I could not receive faxes because of the poor quality of the Globalinx equipment. They said that I would need the cards to provide a rubbing for authorization of purchase upon delivery. At the time of delivery, they attempted to charge me again. Aquafina are of the reputation of worst customer service.
Am the customer (No 6354) for their 25lts home delivery water supply at Hybd. They have taken 700 rs as deposit without issuing any deposit and every time my jars get emptied the nightmare of calling them another 30 times starts. they make dry promises that it will be delieverd but will never happen for at least next 15 days. their office doesnt even bother to talk and simply bang the phone or not recieve it. these are one of the worst culprits of service industry and basking under... read full review »

It's happened on May 9th 6:30AM, we took a Nellis cab to the airport today from the Palazzo. On the way I took out my traveller organizer to check the flight number on the front seat. After I arrived the airport and walked into the check-in hall I found I lost my "traveler organizer" in the cab. My passport, air ticket, ID card and $400 cash were in the organizer. I brought about 4 packages to the post office to be shipped including one Large valuable box to be shipped. I purchased delivery confirmation for all of the packages. All of the packages accept the large valuable package showed online everywhere they were processed and what cities they went through processing. I ordered that three day trial for three dollars. I canceled it the day after I ordered it. What they do not tell you is that by signing up for the trial, you are also signing up for another program that will charge you $39 within a month (they also do not tell you that you have to cancel the other program separately). When you call to cancel it and have the charge reversed, they tell you it cannot be done and then refuse to give you the information to their billing department or upper management to have the matter resolved. read full review »

We reserved a local residential move in Ohio with Authorized Movers for May 1, 2008. They sent our confirmation date and time as May 1, 2008 between 8-10am. We had to reserve on a credit card with 10% of the quote, which ended up being $96 for our move. They were friendly and helpful while scheduling the move. This company has not returned numerous emails and telephone calls, and the only prompt you can choose via phone to speak to a real person is if you are going to spend additional monies with the company. Leaving phone messages does nothing. There is no customer service department. There is no customer service personnel. Leaving emails does nothing (i.e., utilizing their online form). I purchased three 5 h.p. Ingersoll Rand Air Compressors(Purchased at W.W. Granger in Chicago) and have had many problems with them. I called for service many times while the compressors were still under warranty. The company refused to stand by the warranty on the machines. I contacted the president of Ingersol Rand Air Compressor Division in Writing and got no response. I contacted the management of W.W. Granger and they refuse to stand by the products they sold to me. The Kiyoseki Flat iron is a really good flat iron...until it breaks. The first flat iron I received did not even turn on. The replacement they sent me worked perfectly for about two or three months. All of a sudden, in the middle of my almost finished hair, the iron had an electrical short. That was the end of that. The good thing is that they are willing to send me my money as soon as I return the iron and the contents that were sent to me. This product is defective (as was demonstrated in my two flat irons.) This is to let everyone know that Husky products won't allow for a simple O-Ring to be replaced... Our company has a few powerwasher by HuSKY.. A simple O-Ring has gone brittle & needs to be replaced.. I have been trying to get one $6.00 replacement standard left runner for my Set It and Forget It since November 2007. I have a packing slip dated 1/7/08 Order # 00023817 that came with the right runner not the left! I have been trying ever since to get the correct part. I have talked with 4 different customer service representatives and one Supervisor beginning in the first part of April until the present. I have the dates, names and responses from each one telling me something different about the supposed ship date. I can provide these if necessary. Since Dec. 2007, we have been charged for long distance calls we did not make. I have had to call At&t every month since trying to correct the issue. Every month we have to do the math to get the amount we owe At&t. Every month new charges were billed to us. I have talked to every department since trying to get help. I could not use the tea, because it was too high in Caffine. I called and canceled my membership. I also had to send an email to cancel any future orders. I emailed them to have the charge credited and they referred me to a toll free number that I have attempted to call three times and waited 15 minutes with each call and no one ever answered. I was at The Grant Instructor sight and agreed to pay $1.95 to access information that they advertised and there was absolutely no company policy that lead me to believe that there was any obligation other than the $1.95 that I authorized on my VISA card. I now understand that I was scammed by a company that was only looking for people's credit card numbers to bill monthly at $49.50. When I received my first credit card statement, this company, The Grant Instructor, charged me not once but twice in the same billing cycle.
