We purchased a sofa set back in october, we were told that the sofa would be delivered two weeks later as per our request. The brick did not call to inform us that the sofa was not in, yet waited for me to call them with questions. If you bought with them, check your paperwork. Rented a vehicle for 2 days only, made a verbal contract before written contract for the 2 days only, employee at rent a Wreck said they charge automatically another day so make sure vehicle is returned on time and I will not get charged. Once you book your ticket at their quoted price, leaving your credit card number with them online, they send you an email 3 DAYS LATER telling you that the original price has increased by HUNDREDS of dollars. Your only choice is to purchase the plane ticket at this new RIDICULOUS price, or charge you a cancellation fee.
