Aeroplan Customer Care (1-800-361-5373) is the most abysmal help line I have ever encountered. Apart from the inane voice-response system to start with, there is an interminable wait for an agent with arcane music playing all the time, and no indication of how long it's going to be. The steward on board took his hand luggage and placed it in a storage room at the back of the plane. Beware this rental agency is out to scam you. When we arrived at the lakehouse we rented for the weekend, the place was in poor condition: stained and wet floors, smelly bathrooms, and a broken fireplace. We booked a cruise directly with RCI, instead we ended up in a reconditioning/construction zone. NWA lost my daughters luggage in Detroit and despite finding it, failed to deliver it in a timely manner. In spite of repeated phone calls to customer service providing all the requested information and guarantees that the bag would be delivered promptly, she has not been contacted about delivery which was supposed to occour today. The suitcase has perishables of which they were notified. NWA staff are the most incompetent on the planet. NWA customer service is obnoxious.
