The staff at this hotel were some of the worst I have ever encountered. Days Inn charged $600 for our stay but also with-held $600 for using a debit card, without telling myself. We were not informed until we arrived that the pool was not available & had not been so for quite awhile. We also were not informed that there was a problem with the air conditioning. As a result our trip was cut short. We were not able to stay in the room due to the high room temperature. The hallways were also heated. Trusting these scam artists was the biggest mistake of my life. They lie, cheat, and rip-off anyone they get their hands on. They show you one thing and stick you in another. They constantly try to get you for more money. I tried to bank a week. I gave them a credit card to bank it and they charged me to cancel but failed to bank the week. Through Festiva Resorts, we paid a small fee of $99 for a 4day/3night stay in Myrtle Beach knowing that there was a time-share presentation that we'd have to attend for a few hours. My first mistake was pulling into your driveway. I got out my car onto your slippery faux-marble stairs and was confronted with the hefty $20.00 a day Valet parking ticket. My husband and I checked out of this hotel and paid cash after the clerk told us our debit card had not been debited yet. I held the room with me card on the phone but at check out paid for the room in cash. The amount was also deducted from my bank account. I stayed at the Route 9 Budget Inn in Warrensburg for the Bike Event Americade. The owner gave a price quote over the phone and at check out increased the price exorbitantly.
