On a exceptionally clear day NCL did not stop at there destination that we paid for on a three day cruise we made one stop bahamas and that was it. The owners did not put us in the room we booked. Instead they placed us in a dirty, dilapidated and bug infested room in which half the appliances were faulty. It also lacked essentials like toilet paper and clean towels. We were also without electricity or hot water for the majority of our stay. Never mind compensation, the owners didn't even care enough to apologize or even speak to us regarding our complaints.
