I placed an online purchase of a DVD on 15 January 2010, and as of today's date of 6 February 2010, I have not received the merchandise. My credit card was charged for the full amount of purchase and shipping on 18 January 2010. I personally called to cancel this automated re-order scam after second parcel was shipped. It was within the time frame to receive a refund on the second parcel. I was given a company return number, promptly shipped back the item with # on outside of package as I was instructed with return address. I also called my credit card company to cancel the charge.
