Smoke_51 electronic cigarettes
D. Rob November 3, 2009
I authorized a $9.95 shipping and handling fee deduction from my bank account on October 2nd 2009 to try this companies "risk free" electronic cigarette offer. On November 2nd 2009, this company charged my bank account for two unauthorized withdrawals. One for $89.95, and a second charge for $29.95... I have tried to contact these people to no avail. I have had to close out my bank account to prevent any further deductions that I have not authorized. I have since read online about many people that have been scammed out of the same... read full review »

On August 24th, I made the mistake of, what I thought was looking into a company called [email protected]. I was led to believe that if I paid a good faith introduction fee of $.99 then I would receive an introduction packet to the work-at-home program and be put in touch with local businesses seeking work at home professionals. I never received any information from the company. When I received my bank statement for the month, I noticed that there was and additional charge of $4.97. I called immediately and on September 22nd was reimbursed... read full review »

Google Cash Sucess Kit/Quick Profit Kit
ScamMom November 3, 2009
Google Cash Sucess kit is advertise on my home page of my internet provider. Ad is using as seen on ABC, CNN, USA Today, and so on. Saying that you can make a lot of money working from home. Draws you in by saying pay only a dollar or $1.99 to for trial. (The word trial should have been a hint) Cost is not told or veiwed upfront unless. The kit is nothing but a download of a manual telling you how to make money by using Google. There is not kit. My mistake was not reading the term and conditions carefully. They charge a monthly fee of $79.86 non refundable. Not as easy as they make it seem. read full review »

This operation is run by a man called Peter John Smith. You should steer clear of them as there is evidence to suggest that they do not always pay for products and/or services even though they have been delivered correctly and without any defects. Other operations that Mr Peter John Smith is associated with have a track record of non-payment - they have official County Court Judgements (CCJs) against them, precisely because they took services and decided not to pay for them. First - I do not believe that this company has done anything illegal. Two clicks away on their T&Cs they had an old list of phones that did not include the phone model I was looking to unlock. However, it would technically have been very simple for them to make this clear to me when I entered the model number. I have absolutely no doubt that there are many people who will beleive they have been tricked by this - it is totally underhand - they clearly give the impression that they will provide the unlock code after payment, but they... read full review »

QS Supplies
Undome November 2, 2009
Horrified to read the quotes about QS Supples. Ordered bathroom equipment, of which they said they had 5 in stock. When tried to track order - nothing. Rang the next day. They said we would have to wait 4 - 6 weeks. This was unacceptable as we need the equipment straight away. Cancelled the order, asked for immediate refund. Said they would refund. Ten days later and numerous phone calls - nothing. Spoke to MO who seems to run everything - says he is going to sort it out - ring back - e-mail etc - NOTHING. This kind of company gives internet shopping a very bad name. Don't go near them! read full review »
