I have been attempting to call this number (1-877-350-8480) for the past several days to cancel the shipping of the product. All I get when i call the number is a recorded message telling me that someone will be with me soon. However, I have not been able to speak with a customer service representative. With the first call, I listened to music for 20 minutes before hanging up the phone. The next call lasted about the same length of time before I hung up the phone. I hired them after persistant calls and emails from a Steve Byrne. Told me he can save my house from foreclosure. This company took pre-orders and down payments on a motorcycle that doesn't exist. Almost a year later they still haven't got anything to say other than "just another month or so". They won't answer e-mails or return phone calls. As a matter of fact, they shut down their business office. From what I understand, the motorcycles haven't even been produced yet. Received the glasses 7 days later and one side was still broke and the other side was repaired with with plastic!!! I purchased items from Sahalie in the past. Recently, my husband, who pays on our credit cards, discovered that the Bank Card, used for Sahalie purchases has been charged a regular monthly fee of $14.95 for the Sahalie Rewards Program, which I have never used. I did not authorized this bank charge and am pursuing reimbursement. I see there are others writing online about their negative experience and that people are lodging this same complaint.
