I have been trying for over 2 weeks to cancel my subscription to Match.com with AOL.. there is no way to contact them. Their contact page only gives you options of cancelling or signing up for AOL and has nothing to do with Match.com Also, I signed up 1 month ago and clicked on try 5 free days... instead my account was charged the approximately $30.00,,, because I gave up trying to figure out how to reach them, I stuck with it for the 30 days. On July 5 I ordered piano music from website www.NetSToreUSA.com and was given an order tracking number. Only 10 my bank account was charged for the purchase. I went to the website to track my purchase and received the message that I should expect delivery in 10 - 15 days. When I did not receive anything I emailed and was told I would hear something in 3 business days. I faxed and mailed my inquiry to address listed on website. No word. As many have I bought something in good faith off Ebay, Paid ASAP only to find out the seller/vendor didn't have listed item nor did they have any coming to fill previously sold listings. I'm e-mailing to complain about butterfly download network (movie downloads). I ordered a pair of slippers from this company on August 29th. I used my debit card to pay for them, and was emailed a receipt the very same day. I have yet to receive my order, and when I call the number provided, the message says the mail box is full, and can accept no more messages. I have also tried emailing this company to no avail. I placed an order through YAHOO stores from a coffee maker. The store also masquerades under the names of ismartshoppe and Celebrity Appliance. I bought 2 phones from Wirefly through the internet also. I bought them in July 2005, kept all records, paid bills on time for their 6 month period. Followed all their rules, and sent everything when I was supposed too. They even said I was approved for the rebate after I waited for a few months and e-mailed them again. I ordered a solo seat for my crotch rocket three months ago and still have not received it. I have called and waited 16 minutes and still didn't get to talk to a customer service employee. We put up their ads and they promised to get back to us but didn't. By the time we realised we had lost around $300 by placing their ads. After seeing very low prices for a Canon EOS 5D I called three sites trying to place an order. 2 of them, Royal Camera and CCI immediately aknowledged the camera advertised was actually a gray market item and not intended for sale in the USA.
