The phone ordering of the product was a nightmare. The so called "Customer Care" Team was a pain after refusing additional add ons twice. they asked again. I wanted the product so I went along. Took down the 30 day cancellation numbers. Cancellation was a nightmare as well. The phones were always tied up and e-mail replys were non responsive. I regret purchasing the product. The add ons were not easy to cancel it took up way too much time and effort. Because of the difficulty of cancellation I would call it a scam. This company didn't send the product in the 3 - 5 weeks stated but in 8 weeks. They didn't give me my $15 referral credit for 4 months. Currently I am waiting for a pair of shoes, 7 weeks. At 6 weeks they said they were in the warehouse ready to ship now at 7 weeks they are no where in site. You can not contact them by phone and they send out automated responses to emails. I helped my mother-in-law order from this site for my husband's Christmas gift, one of the movies we recieved was an animated version, I dismissed this as maybe I had pushed the wrong button. I got rockband and decided I needed two guitars which I ordered from gohastings.com First of all they did not arrive at the same time, second off the first one recieved was a guitar hero guitar!! Hitupmyspot has stolen graphics from several graphic makers on Livejournal by going to their photobuckets and stealing premade graphics. The site doesn't provide any contact or ownership information and claims that all the graphics on there were made for them.
