I bought a new phone and register a new line 3 days ago (016 6653647) and until now my line is still not activated. Digi agent at Lowyat outlet said 2 hours for activation upon registering. 2nd day, phoned DiGi helpline and was told to wait the next day. 3rd day phone helpline again and was told to contact agent at Lowyat. My girl friend's phone had some problem. She went to this company to find out why and this is what happened.
1) Check Phone that hangs, and said is battery problem.. after paid. 5 minutes later phone hangs again. sure it's not phone problem. (lag of experience worker)
2) Asking for refund, they said that their system cannot refund after key in. (useless system).

My factory is small, the drive way right in front of the factory front entrance is for customers and patrons to park and also act as a loading and unloading area.
It is situated right opposite Unijoint Sdn Bhd which is a huge factory. RapidKL is a very inefficient and terrible public transportation company in the country. Since the consortium was established and government involvement, all the bus routes that it has taken over has become a mess.
They have changed the routes, ticket system and the types of buses but they still have not been able to provide a satisfactory service to the public/commuters.

Maxis has a TERRIBLE, WEAK and SLOW connection. From what I hear and many other complaints it is the worst in the country. It only works on the average of 1Mb/s but usually less than that most of the time. Also, it gets disconnected often during use and the signal strength is very inconsistent. I would advise other consumers to CHANGE their Internet providers and also tell others to NOT SUBSCRIBE to Maxis' services.
