My husband who is a national from India but married and living in South Africa decided to travel with emirates for a short holiday to India. The laptop that i purchached on a my meg 250 package in april 2009 was advertised with features 2048 mb memory and 250 gig hard drive, but the laptop i recieved only had a 1024mb memory and a 120 gig hard drive. After speaking to a consultant a mobile phone was sent to my house while I was not around, but my sister recieved it on y behalf. On my arrival home I realised that the phone is not what I though it was, i.e it did have all the functions I expected. Vodacom and 3G modem
I always thought Vodacom was supposed to be a service provider and provide good and adaquet service to their customers, I can name more than a hundred people in our area that struggle with Vodacom signal and who have reported it numerous times and still no answer. Everyone is changing to MTN. How can MTN have good reception here and vodacom not?

Imperial Car hire
Recently visited South Africa and hired a car from Imperial Car hire (Eurocar). I filled the car up at Durban airport before returning it. Received my tax invoice and found that I had been charged R84 for fuel???
I have tried contacting Imperial to explain, but have found the responses to be no help to me what so ever.

I bought a pair of Wilson Pro Staff 700 tennis shoes from Mike Farrer Agencies in East London(South Africa), and as a casual tennis player, only used these shoes about 10 time over a 7 month period. When I reported to the him that the sole was coming loose on the one shoe on the edge, he informed me that based on the replacement policy he was not in a position to assit me with a replacement.

I purchased a MADINA LOUNGE SUITE from Russells Ladybrand in December 2008. I reported this matter in February 2009 and was told the lounge would be collected for repairs, that was done and instead it was badly damaged rather than to be repaired.

I receive about 3 - 4 mails a day explaining how I have won over $2000 and will get a free wallet or TV if I just pay the release fee of either $14 or $31, the mails are different for the same freelotto draw.
I have not replied and have tried to unsubscribe a few times as I have gone onto google and have read how this is a scam. I have not paid any monies yet since August 2008 I have been receiving these mails. Today I received one that requested I pay R31.95 as a release as I have won $1000 000.

Pixel Magic systems introduced the high definition product MB100 (media box). Initial support and feedback was good as the product had some software bugs but in a short space of time thereafter, they became extremely quite. I've personally logged complaints on the forum and sent emails to their HQ - all being ignored. I discovered my rental deposit not being returned tome from the Owner(he was holding the deposit), only 6 months after we moved out of the house, due to the agent keeping quiet that she had not had the deposit returned to use a deposit on the next place we rented.

I booked the Intercape Mainliner bus from PTA to CT for the 9/04 departing PTA at 17:00. A sleepliner arrive at the PTA station at 17:00 and all the mainliner passenger where placed on the bus, stating that we were going to get our bus in JHB. I was fine with that and it was treated quite professionally by the hostess assisting us.
