I purchased a bus ticket from Boston to Springfield for travel on October 8, 2010. The purchase was a reserved seat on the 5:15 pm bus, and the ticket says in plain English it is only good for the 5:15 pm departure on 10/8/2010. I arrived in plenty of time.The bus filled up and took off while I was in line. The driver before departing assured me they were bringing another bus around, but it never showed up. PDQ has warning posted to lower antenna & turn off radio. I turned car off which turns off radio and lowers antenna. I also accidently took my keys inside with me to pay the bill. A young man came in and asked for the keys & went out & turned on car which raised antenna and turned on radio. He drove it in. The antenna broke. Ed Hernandez (Concrete Genie) is one person you DON'T need to meet in your life. He does a lousy and unfinished jobs. He gets lost the minute he's cashed your check. I have also found out he's done the same lousy and imperfect jobs for others and he's having a grade F (from A+ to F. F being the worst) in Better Business Bureau with at least two other complaints. Charged me $4100 to replace main sewer line and drain line to kitchen sink under my house. Then charged me another $3000 to add another 10ft of main sewer line from under my house to the front of my home with a clean out access and an access cover. This was done by drilling into the foundation to remove the old pipe and digging under my front porch (6ft) to reach the foundation from the other side. We bought a house built by Sellcrest Homes in June 2006. This builder built many of the homes in our subdivision. Others who have had problems, have not given him nearly as many chances as we have. Bought the full blown version of AVG and the thing completely stops the whole computer while it is scanning - will completely disrupt everything when it decides all by itself to come on. I do a normal scan every few days with updates all along but this thing will come on all by itself when I am using the computer - everything locks up and I loose all. No help nor real contact info from AVG or help. I was given a Shark Cordless SV800 vacuum as a Xmas present. There was NOTHING in the manual that indicated operating time other than the battery pack needed a 24 inital charge. The charging light went off after the 24hours and the vacuum worked well and ran for about 45 mins. before shutting down.
