I have a product protection agreement on a kenmore refrigerator freezer. It malfunction on around December 23, 2010. I called for service on 12-24-10. I was told that service could not be provided until 12-29-10, between the hours of 8am-12pm. On 12-28-10 I received a confirmation for my appointment. On 12-29-10 after 10am I received a call saying that the repairman was unable to to provided me with service. Most employees are not very happy and are very dissatisfied with the way their supervisors and managers treat them. Some actually say that they work in a hostile environment. My son and I took the Gate 1 tour of Italy in December 2010. Leaning Venice our group was warned that our luggage would be transported from the hotel to the bus via boat and we should take our valuables out of our luggage in case our bags fell into the canals (which we were told had happened previously). My family stayed for a week at the Fort Lauderdale Hotel in order to attend my aunts wedding (we're from California). We have both Cricket phone and internet services. The cell service is decent at best quite a few dead spots but ok for the pricel. Cricket internet is terrible, we've had ours for over two years and in the last 6 months it's slows down so much in the first few days of the billing cycle we can't even check email. I would not recommend attorney Lia Rardin of Dallas Texas as she scammed me out of more than $1, 400. She had done very little legal work in a case I was involved with. She told me I owed her the funds in cash and would not let me pay with a credit card. Internet seller, michelniques.com refuses to do an exchange of a Christmas gift because I purchased it more than 30 days prior. DUH some of us do our Christmas shopping early. Most retailers relax their return/exchange policies around Christmas time. This website has a .co.uk domain and a banner stating "free UK delivery" not to mention a .co.uk email address. However it turns out that it's address is a Louisiana PO Box. The amount shown on their invoice has no resemblance to the larger amount they actually charge to your card and their stated delivery time of 5 to 7 working days is complete rubbish. This site comes up at the top of Google when you look for European health card. They have the brass neck to charge £9.99 for an EU Health Insurance Card or to renew your current one. They leave a large gap on the page before they mention that you can also get the card from the NHS site, which means you will almost definitely miss that message. If you require an ESTA form which is for trips to the USA without a visa be very careful where you apply. Google bring this site up at the top of the search and in fact its a CON. They try and charge $40 for something that costs nothing directly from the US Embassy site. No doubt there are many more but surely Google had some responsibilty to minitor these sites.
