Bought a year worth of Frontline flea treatment for my dog only to find that it was a scam. The product was not authentic even though it appeared to be. The packaging was slightly different. I am VERY disappointed with the career services department at Kaplan College Vista Campus. I started working with career services in June even before I finished my externship. Our clothes dryer stopped working two weeks ago (11.14). We scheduled a service visit on-line for 11.15. Nobody showed up. When we called to follow up we were told that the online system doesn't actually do anything and the soonest a repair technician could come out would be two weeks (11.29). Nobody showed up. I had a HELOC account with PNC years ago. Out of the blue their collections department calls me claiming back charges are due for insurance on a house I haven't owned for nearly a decade. I've followed their instructions multiple times, in writing, and they won't even respond, yet the collections notices keep coming... for a bill that should not even exist! Called Thermador service, now operated by Bosch, on a Monday before Thanksgiving. Technician came on Tuesday morning, as promised. Tech had no idea of the problem, even though it was spelled out with the CRM the day before. The tech had to order parts from CA, and said they would be back in 3 weeks to install. The first charge was on November 3rd, 2010 for the amount 0f $62.95, second charge was on November 8th, 2o1o for $6.95 and the third charge was on November 8th, 2010 for $75.95. This complaint is against billing/information given and also against staff performance. Prior to making my reservation online, I called the hotel. I told the woman on duty that we were coming to the dog show and asked if the dogs spent the night in the room and did not come into the hotel if there would be a pet fee. On 11/29/2010 I took my 2003 PT Cruiser to Pep Boys in Nashville Tennessee on Old Hickory Blvd. because the oil light was coming on. I described the problem to them when I brought the car in. I told them the oil light (dummy light) was coming on after you drive it for a while and get it wormed up. For 1 year we have paid for this package never receiving the "so called" free cruise that was used to lure us to purchase their package.
