This website is so dishonest. It clearly states on the site that the order will be processed and shipped in 2 to 3 business days. This is so untrue. I was treated so rudely by a cashier named Kathy A that even the customers in line with me were appalled. She clearly had charged me incorrectly for many items (10 total) as she was not aware of the sale pricing (buy 10 specific Kraft products and get $5.00 off). I am an excellent writer and communicator and took painstaking time and energy to submit to them a great report on a local company who was their client. First modem defective, Clear sent replacement quickly, which worked, but network is third the speed of Comcast with $8/month savings (100 vs 300K up, 300 down vs. 1000).
