On 9/22/10 I unknowingly signed up for membership at $159. I immediately (within minutes while the charge was still 'pending' on my banks statement) contacted them and they directed me to a refund form. I completed it, following the instructions to a tee. After the 2-week period I called them and was told I qualified for a refund. I waited 2 weeks, still nothing. I had to use livechat which they never told me was the next step. Costumer Service confirmed I would receive refund and said it could take 5-10 days. Today, 11/16/10, - 3... read full review »

No one is questing the watches, even though after their normal 5 year warranty they typically break. If they break before the warranty they will replace the watch if they don't currently have any in stock. That brings up the problem with the company. They sale items that they don't currently have in stock, for example I ordered my father's birthday present in September. I called in October to find out what the status was and they told me the end of October it would be in stock. I just called today November 16th and now I'm... read full review »

I spotted a $14.95 charge on my phone bill that was processed by Transaction Clearing on behalf of YCP. After a bit of Googling it appears this is a company similar and/or related to New Link Networks LLP about whom numerous similar complaints were lodged on this website in 2009. The charge on my bill was for a fax-to-email service that was never authorized. Don't try to call YCP, the number is always busy. I was friendly and patient with Transaction Clearing (their number should appear on your phone bill) and after running through some... read full review »

I just checked with my bank and the customer servive associate advised me that there were approximately $2.00 taken from my checking account. This withdraw has placed my account in the nagitive area and I will have to pay overdraft fees because of it. I request that you cancel the account ( if any ) and return my money back to my account with the overdraft fee. It was to my understanding that the website that I was on ( Free Credit Website ) was free. Therefore, nothing should be withdrawn from my account. read full review »

I have never thought about the possibility of paying for such a bad service in usa, but after trying to send some packages to South America, I know that one of the worst services I've pay for in my life is: USPS - Express Mail International Service. They charge me a total cost of US$ 120 for two small boxes and told me through their web site that It was approximately (this is very important) delivered within 3 to 5 business days. I had a bad experience in march 2010 (they lost the package and respond me 3 months later) but a good one in... read full review »

Post Select Great Grains
Rose Pelt November 16, 2010
Opened new box of Post Select Great Grains, raisins, dates and pecans. Added milk, looked down and found what looked like a stick at first glance. I picked it out and found it hard. It's about one and perhaps 1/4 inches long and looks like it could be a bone. One end looks like it could be a joint. Of course I guess it could feasibly be a stick but the doubt is there and and it definitely does not belong in this mix. What should be my first step here? This cereal is expensive but I also bought a box of blueberry Post Select and ate that yesterday with no foreign object observed but I'm sure it was made in the same place. read full review »

I'm a student on unemployment and all too often I've checked my account, caught a negative balance and reconciled it, check my account again to ensure I'm back in the positives, confirm it only for the next day for transactions to be rearranged in a way that not only do I still get an overdraft fee, but multiple because of the rearranging of transactions! THIS TIME, the OVERDRAFT fee was posted PREVIOUS to the actual charges that those fees supposedly caused. Actually, had it NOT been for the overdraft, I wouldn't have... read full review »
