This place is a slum. The manager doesn't exist, the building is frequently tagged by MS13 ( a mexican gang ) and there are always drunks in front of the building. The neighbors constantly break the front door, so they don't have to use a key, kids are playing on the roof top and there are rats and pigeons in the walls and ceilings. Halloween Night – the WeHo Halloween Carnival had ended and it was nearly impossible to get a cab on Melrose Ave just east of San Vicente. I was also a victim of this fraud. I rented a trailer for a week in July 2010. It was dirty and nothing worked. I could not use the water or refrigerator the entire week. Had the $600.00 vacuum (DC28) for 2 weeks...then the height adjustment stops working. Sent it back to Dyson via UPS (I'm sure UPS is making a huge profit off Dyson). In June of 2009, I requested a home loan modification application from MetLife Home Loans. To date, my application has not been processed. I have sent in six modification packages(two of the packages were sent certified mail). We were sold on obtaining the Wyndham Rewards credit card to help offset maintenance fees. Our cards arrived today with a $500 credit limit rendering these cards totally useless to compile any significant reward points. Both our credit scores are over 800, so that is not the problem. This site is horrible. Their customer service sucks because you can't get a hold of them on weekends, and when you finally do they're rude and aren't even able to help you. They also charge too much in fees, and they take money out of the wrong accounts. I was ripped off by John Moore. They charged $807 to replace a 15 ft PVC pipe. It was an emergency but afterwards I got 5-6 bids on the job andwas told it should not have cost more than $200. Lately, the e-mail reply request is not working. I can recieve e-mails and pull them up, but I cannot sent a reply to the sender. Sometimes it will be corrected in a couple of hours, and sometimes it will be a day or two, before it gets corrected. I don't know what the problem is, but I wish it could be corrected quickly. The same thing happened to me! I ordered Jimmy Choos. I got an email saying the shipment was delayed. I asked directly if they were fake and got no response. Mine too, are a cheap imitation of the real thing. The colour is wrong, the sizing is wrong and the shoes are squashed as was the box.
