Fraudulant terms - Bracket r us claim to have a no problem return full guarantee within 30 days. We purchased and received our Plasma bracket at a good price and quite quickly. We noticed the bracket was the wrong size and on advice from their team we returned the product looking to recieve the correct size. Ordered a set of night braces to wear on my ankles while sleeping. When I didn't receive product after two weeks, I emailed merchant. No reply. Emailed again several days later. Got reply. In February, 2010 I contacted DR LAW Center after seeing their ad for mortgage reduction services. They said that they could not help me until I submitted a $3, 000 retainer to them. I saw this place advertised on facebook. So I thought it was legit. I ordered 4 box sets at very good prices just before Thanksgiving. It wasn't until after Christmas I finally got one of the four items I ordered. The 877 number they gave in the confirmation email is disconnected. Their email address bounces. Don't buy anything from this website. They are fraudsters. I ordered a pair of Ugg Boots, advertised as genuine, from them and now find they are fakes. The boots are different sizes and shapes, the left one has a hole in the fabric, the button holes arte too small so can't be buttoned up, etc..The company close their website every so often and reopen under other names so's not to be investigated. The branch states that they offer Notary services. I have gone there twice to be told: 1. "On, we do have the service but they are not here now" (Manager quote) 2. Oh, we offer this service but you need to get a special form that we do not provide to you. The manager treats his employees like dirt. He also is rude and crude to customers. Very unfriendly. There are some excellent employees. Brent, the greeter, always has a smile for the customers and a friendly word. That makes a great difference in where we go to eat.. The food is great for fast food . The service is good . This company advertised a free sample of their product and would only charge for shipping. What I did not expect was to be charged 2 weeks later for the product. On September the 27th, 2010 I was notified via e-mail that my account had been overdrawn. After some research on my part, I realized that someone was attempting to deposit a fraudulent check in to my checking account. Adjility Group breached our contract by not paying for services rendered and by not following the contract dispute rules. They contend the contract supports their position of nonpayment until they get paid by Aria but this has been debunked by two attorneys, one in California nad one in New Jersey. Adjility is over 90 days past due. The total amount due to TPG is approximately $15, 000 including fees of collection; Adjility owes $13K for actual services rendered. This company's production of DVDs is poor and they don't stand behind their products. I ordered the movie 'Viva Zapata' for my father's birthday in July. The DVD is missing the beginning and the ending of the movie! It begins in the middle of the first scene of the movie and ends without showing the actual ending of the movie. I've emailed them no less than 4 times asking where to send this DVD back for a refund.
