We ordered an iron front door for our new house addition on Dec. 21, 2010. As of June 20, we have received nothing but alot of lies. I had an emergency and has to miss a scheduled lesson. I asked to reschedule without and offered to pay again and the owner responded with personal insults to me and a lecture. It was horrible. He then continued to berate me over email and took out his frustration with the perils of owning a kayak school on me. I was a tenant at 600 Heights Blvd from 4/11/08 until 2/15/11. During the entire lease I had to constantly complain about faulty equipment, plumbing and electrical issues. I placed an order for stainless steel bolts and nuts from Baller Bolts on June 8, 2011. They immediately charged my credit card. They also charged me for priority shipping. I reserved 2 rental vehicles in Florida. In the confirmation email from skyscanner, the price for the rentals was higher by 50% than what I had reserved. I canceled the reservations within 7 days of making them. Also the cancellation was more 48 hours prior to the time I was to pick up the vehicles.
