The small print on the contract is too hard and faint to read. There's a reason... they add on fees such as a random $75 fee every six months. There's a $50 per month charge for not going filling out a survey form which you can only do online. Once you fill out the survey form they charge you a $5 monthly online access fee and and a $15 monthly breach protection fee which you do not have the option to opt out of. Also in the small print; there are add-on fees for various types of cards. We were charged over 5% on a number of transactions even though our contract rate was below 3%. read full review »

I bought a living room set they had on sell for $999.00 plus tax, Interst Free for 12 months as long as long as I pay on time. Payments were due every 22nd and I payed every 15th I was supposed to finish on May and I finish in March. they told me that I still had a balance on $505.73 due to interest, and that I'm schedule to finish intll 11/02/2010. I recently purchased my Nu Wave Oven on line in 8/2010. I have used it about 8 times.
About the 3rd time, a loud noise started coming from the vent like the sound of a fan about to shut off. My other issues are about the same as some other people's reviews. The melting, the having to turn food over. The bottom of the Nu Wave is so HOT it caused the glue from my countertops to melt. I have to sit it on my cutting board. Owner, Wayne Salicrup, crushed a large AC duct when he climbed over it to check the corner of my attic. He told me the roof was leaking with puddling water and rotten wood. He told me to hire a roofer to fix the leak. The roofer found the crushed AC duct and took photos. Another roofer who was small size checked the attic and told me the roof was normal, no leak. Wayne is large with long term bad back problems.

This place is run by cydcor. They have been in here numerous times under different names.It is 100% commission, yet they claim salary in the ad and when you call. Lies, they have to lie to you in order to get you to come in what lind of deception is that. DOOR-TO-DOOR. They will call you to set-up an interview asap. They hire JUST ABOUT anyone. It's a rip-off. Gazelle.com quotes high so people send it their stuff. I was quoted $224, they offered $50 once they had the camera. I was quoted $445, you offered $100. People have already sent in their stuff so they are willing to take ridiculously low offers. I sent in many extras (lith-ion batteries, tapes, remotes, chargers) and got no credit but they took $300 off because my Canon XL-1 was missing a cheapo microphone- no one uses that mic because it ***! I registered for Sally Jean's soldering workshop in Chicago. She cancelled the workshop the week of and did not refund my money or respond to repeated requests to do so. I know other participants in the workshop and she has not responded to them or refunded their money either. She effectively defrauded a dozen of us and stole $165. I have a 2006 Volkswagen Jetta with a 4 year 50k mile warranty. August 2010, two weeks after the 4 year warranty expired, my check engine light came on. They might have good products but they lack most of the elements to build a solid business-customer relationship. For instance, customers might be told that they will receive a product today while the seller knows that they won't receive it until two weeks after. Moreover, one person might tell customer A that they have a product, while someone else tells the same customer a different story. I was ripped off by Rob Poston Avatar-Computer repair. I decided to go with him because I found him on Google and with couple good reviews. Now I'm thinking they were his own reviews!
I allowed him to come pick up my system and after finally hearing back from him, the diagnosis really didn't sound right, so I told him never mind, I could just take out my hard drive and use it as a secondary.
The end of my case, came to this...they did not repair my computer and charged me $200 dollars! I feel like a fool, and angry to have something of mine taken, but hopefully people will be able to see these reports and be more careful. read full review »

Like many people tonight I discovered that my Netspend card's loan product has been discontinued. I now had $580 taken from my paycheck today. With an Iadvance loan through MetaBank the payment is taken out each time you are paid. You get paid typically2 days prior to when the paycheck is actually dated.
