I took a valuable serigraph to Allegro Arts & Custom Framing in West Reading, Pa. to have it framed. When the art was returned, the serigraph had been damaged. Allegro said the damage could not be repaired, and took no responsibility, saying the damage must have been there before the art work was left with them. That is not the case. The piece had just been purchased from a dealer was in mint condition. The art was packaged during transport to the frame shop, and no damage was noted when choosing the matting and frame. I contacted Grant Rielly and requested that he collect a bad debt on my company's behalf. I paid him R1 500 to gather information on the bad debt. My wife bought the SpecialK berry flavour, and I opened the box, there were no berries. they had obviously put the wrong product was in the box (plain flavour). I emailed them, and within a day 'Harold Harris' replied, apologising and asking for more information (bar code, manufacturing date etc). 9/22/2010 I purchased a pair of prescription eyeglasses with anti-glare in May 2010. Permanent water-like spots developed all over the lenses which couldn't be washed off with mild soap or the glasses cleaner Sears provided. Capitol Toyota of San Jose must be going through tough times, because they gouged me on a repair that I will never forget, and hopefully neither will you.
