I was approached at my home a couple of months ago by young lady in her early 20's selling subscriptions to magazines to benefit disabled children. She was very nice, had a great story and I gave in and bought $127 worth of magazine subscriptions from her and paid by check. From there that is where it goes bad. I tried calling the numbers she gave me and they were all disconnected and now I am out $127 because I was trying to do something good. A Fossil watch valued at R2600 was lost by the Mabula Driver en route from Bela Bela to Bryanston. I have phoned Mabula approximately 20 times in the past 7 months to resolve this issue and never received a call back. On the one occasion I did manage to speak to the General Manager (Gavin Hatherley) he advised he would speak to their insurance and come back to me but has not returnd my calls since ! Having escalated to Mr Cummings at Head Office, Gavin has offered to pay towards the excess so I can claim from my own insurance. I bought a rebuilt replacement cooling unit for my RV refigerator on July 1st, 2010. The unit does not function as it should, no cooling in the food portion and minimal in the freezer. Jerry from RV Ice Box advised me thru a tech assistance phone call that he would replace the unit due to the problem. He said it sounds like something crystallized in the boiler area during startup. I am extremely disappointed in T-Mobile's customer service. They have now cut there customer service hours back to 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. I have had to wait 10-30 minutes before I even get a live representative on the line the last couple of months. On top of that, my reception is bad. There promise of putting a new tower in my area a couple of years ago, still has not happened. Many times they have said they would call back and have not. I am also a victim of this SCAM. I ordered the product on 8/30/10 and paid the $3.95 non refundable S&H. The add states I had 10 days from ordering to evaluate the product. I called 8 days later and requested the account to be cancelled. I was advised an email would be sent that I needed to complete and to call if I didn't receice it.
