I paid $129.50 to Testing Authority Inc. on 11-20-08 and they sent me Postal Study Guide Materials with electronic access. Since switching from BOA to Barclay's Bank LLBEAN VISA card we have had a stream of irritating and intrusive alerts coming in by phone and email. This company is fraudulent! I was contacted by someone who expressed a KEEN interest in an item I was selling on craigslist. Before even seeing the item (a wheelchair lift) or haggling on the price they had this fake shipping company contact me to pick up the lift. We purchased an Everstar Beverage/Wine Cooler Model HDBC36ID approximately 16 months ago. Has worked great for us for the first year. I purchased a Kitchenaid Bowl Lift Stand Mixer in 2007. A few weeks ago the beater shaft housing separated from the main part of the unit and fell into a bowl of cake batter I was mixing. My son lives in Alpine Texas, his neighbor apparently did not pay his electric bill, WTU cut off my sons meter instead of the one they were suppose to. My son has a baby on the way, and two other small children. When he called and they admitted thier mistake WTU told my son that it would take 24 hours to turn his electric back on. That it did not constitute an emergency to come out and turn his back on. But the neighbor that did not pay his bill still had his electric on. The pushy, loud and fast used car dealers at Camelback Toyota put me in front of an incorrect Kelly Blue Book value for an awesome looking 2007 Scion and got me to buy it for more than it's worth. Be careful with these guys managing your property. It has been a nightmare having these manage my properties. The technician came out to repair our central air conditioner, told us that we just needed more freon without checking for the source of the leak beforehand. He went ahead and pumped 5 lbs of expensive R410 freon into our system and said call if it leaks out again. We did ask him where the freon was leaking from and he said he wasn't sure but it would be a real hassel to check because he'd have to check both the inside and outside units. Todays Option claims process needs all the help they can get. I am a provider the files claims with Today's Option they pay on some claims with the NU modifier and then the next 5 claims they deny as invalid procedure/modifier. Go figure, I called the company they still can not figure it out. They then tell me they will rework the claim. It gets paid but I wasted hours and hours of my time. This company installed our brand new air conditionor wrong making the compressor go out prematurely, it lasted only 3 summers. They refuse to stand behind their work past the 2 year warranty, which is not even long enough considering the cost of air conditioning repair. I won the scooter as a prize in October of 2008. I received the scooter and a certificate of origin. I went online in November of 2008 to www.rightwayatv.com/msorequest.cfm and filled out the form so I could get the title. After several months and no title, I went online again and couldnt even find the website. Our bathroom sink and utility sink, in the basement, were both over flowing whenever the washing machine in the basement, or the shower on the second floor, was being used. I was shopping around for a loan but then i decided not to go with it. They have my mailing address, email, phone number and ssn and bank information. They also said that I gave them authorization but i never did give them any permission to take money out of my account. Select Platium Credit 1-877-709-2811 for $49.99.
