My husband and myself entered into a loan agreement with Americredit Feb of 2006, we battled witht this company from month 1, we recieved phone calls before the first payment was due to make arrangements for this payment, we have had a few times that the payment was a struggle, but Americredit has reported to all credit reporting agencies that we were 21/51 payments 30 days late! We were given a gift of crystal glassware (the Hotel Collection) stocked at Boardmans. We wanted to build up the set into 12 glasses of each type and have visited various stores. We find that the glassware has been marked up from its original price of between R49 - R99 per glass to R149 to R179 per glass. I was repaying Buzz-It Debt Solutions for debt owed to a company. I overpaid and was contacted by Ernie that i was to be refunded and they needed my banking details. I sent my details and requested when and how much would be paid back. 15 e-mails, 25 attempted calls and faxes and i still have no response. We had a new driveway gate made by Bar One Security. We chose a design from their photo album which incorporates wide metal diagonal panels. We are so disappointed that they have made the panels by welding shorter panels together. The welds are very obvious, and spoils the look of the gate altogether. I took a top up insurance from AA Autobay when i purchased my vehicle from them. I paid the insurance for about a year but found no need for it so i called and got it cancelled about three months ago. Aquascience (so-called water treatment people) are one of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their water softener (very expensive) caused a malfunction of my new furnace initially, and as a result I had to get a furnace technician out to run acid through it so that I could get hot water.
