I have a Canon ImageRunner 3200, which at time of purchase cost $16, 000. It is a professional grade printer. I have always had it maintained and serviced properly and only purchase OEM parts. This company is a scam. The promotion for a cruise is a joke. The rates and rooms can be obtained just as cheap through the cruise as with them. AND BETTER Specifically Chris and P Mitchell with TSN International have been very rude including hanging up the phone when asked to speak to their boss. This hotel was perfect for our wedding venue. But beware of the help they offer you. Make sure to get EVERYTHIING in writing. Do not take their word at face value. We were offered a large discount if rooms were rented the night before our venue. We tried to rent rooms, but the hotel was reserved for another private party, so they would not let us reserve rooms. I called a company that sent Al Pier to fix my a/c problem. Al Pier mentioned that the company cost of repairing the problem would be 1000 but he could do it for 400. He siad that it was a small thing in the a/c. However a/c worked for 7 days before it died out. I ordered a set of waterbed sheets. They are satin. I can't use satin, allergy problems. They won't exchange them. They claim it's unsanitary. They package has never been opened. The NBS Group, Inc. located in Bohemia, NY contacted my company located in Fortson, GA requesting service in a city over 50 miles away. The appliance service was provided in less than 24 hours according to terms discussed on the telephone. Subsequently, a multi-page packet of information was e-mailed to my company requesting much more support documentation than had been agreed upon. After multiple attempts to civilly rectify the situation, they again promised to make immediate payment. I had originally bought this cruise from Travel Services for $93 per person and thought it was all-inclusive. Travel Services didn't pay for my flight; i ended up having to buy my own airfare to get down to the port. i just think if you win something then they should pay for you to get there too. Travel Services does not pay for your flight. The best that they said they could do is give me some price-match guarantee, but i can't even afford a flight, so i cannot even go. Workers talking loudly to each other, or going out to smoke and gossip with the door open and smoke blowing right in the office waiting area! We contacted Cheap Caribbean via their website’s complaint process on July 19 at 9:15am regarding the terrible service, food, cleanliness of our room, safety of the resort and the misrepresentation of the hotel that we received by reading their website. I bought a pair of like oem fog lights for my car from 360tuners. The box did not have directions of any kinda. I took the lights to three shops, including a honda dealor. Wiring did not match up and WAS NOT anything like oem. Overall, I emailed them twice, left messages, and called with no reply.
