I called Gillece to set up an appointment to have my air conditioning unit looked at. I set a time later in the day, 4:00, so that I would only have to miss some work. At 5:35 still no call from the technician so I called them and was told that there was not even a technician in my area. When I asked well will one be out for my confirmed appointment, for which I received an email as well as verbal confirmation of, the dispatcher said I don't know and really didn't even seem to care. I thought I was downloading Open Office, which I didn't get. What downloaded instead were two programs, one by EZ Tracks and the other LoveFreeGames. I want neither of them and I believe they are possibly even malware. I purchased a silestone countertop several years ago from Home Depot and have been trying to get my problem fixed on and off since then. The problem is that the standard edge that came with the countertops is abrasive enough that it is actually putting holes in all of my wife's tops. Followed washing directions, but when they came out of the machine, two studs and their backings were missing, and in there places were two gaping holes. University Club Townhomes' no-hassle move out fee is a total SCAM. They tell you there is some fabulous fee that you can pay when you sign your lease which covers after-move-out cleaning. It sounds good that when you leave you will not have to do a deep cleaning to carpet or re-paint your walls. It is $175. I have a complaint with the Mr. Buzzy vibrator, model F150. I purchased this vibrator and learned that I needed to rewire my bedroom to 220. That's not cheap to do! After that, I learned that if I used the vibrator no other person in my household could watch television. It caused all reception to become squiggly. After viewing an infomercial, I ordered the Brainetics software on a 14 day "free trial." I should have stopped the order after the third add-on product was pitched, but I completed the order. If you do the EZ Pay for the annual passes, make sure you cancel them at the end of the term. They do not tell you up front that you have to do this. The contract states that you agree to pay 12 monthly payments of whatever the amount is. I did this and another charge was debited. I called to fond out why and they told me I had to cancel it or they keep charging me. Another way to get money from innocent people. However, my passes are expired now, and they want to keep charging me. I think by me saying I agree to pay the set fee for 12 payments should mean that after 12 payments I have held onto my end of the bargain, they should theirs as well. read full review »
